Amanda was amazing, answered all our questions, & provided great customer service! We initially had questions about our order but she was able to walk us thru & keep us updated throughout the buying process.

The owner of this boutique got mad because I called her out on the quality of her clothing for such high prices and instead of issuing me a refund, she issued me a gift card which I did not want to shop with her again and so I waited six months to buy from her again and this is what she sent me. Please see the photos below the clothes were damage and smelled of cat urine. I can't believe this lady is still in business.

The customer service team is fast and professional. I contacted them regarding a restock request and they were very helpful. I always have a good experience when ordering from them.

Love Hotmiamistyles, their one of my go to boutiques when I need some cute outfits for a trip or for an event! I've never been dissatisfied with my orders, the shipping has always been fast and all of the clothes are great quality and have that perfect stretch material! Definitely a great shop if your a curvy girl! And and anytime I have an issue or something doesn't quite fit thankfully I'm able to drive over to their storefront in Sunrise and exchange my items….they always have great customer service and I will continue shopping with them!

My wife is obsessed with the bikini styles from this store. While I'm glad that they have some sales and you can get some good deals and safe money.

If your girlfriend or wife asks for clothes shopping, bring her to this place or order an online delivery from them. Trust me, you won't regret it! Your special ones can find the best hot and sexy outfits there.

I had a few questions about shipping and messaged them through Instagram and they were able to help and get my order shipped to me asap! They are very responsive- only took a couple minutes for them to reply and they are very helpful and friendly! I ordered from there before as well and my dresses were amazing quality! Will definitely be ordering all my dresses from here

This was my first time purchasing from HMS and it did not disappoint. The quality of the set I got was great. Really sad it didn't fit but I definitely will be buying more clothes in the future from them. Their customer service was even better!

Honestly the friendliest customer service in south Florida. It is a rare thing to get a quick response and great service But miamistyles does both. I will definitely be a loyal customer.

I don't know how many years it's been since I accidentally came across Hot Miami Styles. But, I am SO glad I did! I took great pride living in The Midwest knowing that a lot of the outfits I bought from HMS wouldn't be seen here! But, I digress… I am a radio personality and I have been attending a lot more events, lately. I needed a trendy dress to wear to a charity event for an Ex-NFL player's wife. Well, I found THE PERFECT DRESS to wear and "thought" that I had enough time for regular shipping. Well, Monday rolls around and I need the dress for Friday and the status shows "processing". FULL ON PANIC MODE! I decide to reach out to a chat specialist. As I told her, I am fully aware it's my fault that I waited so late. I told her i needed it Friday and I was wondering if it was actually still "processing". She reassured me that it was already shipped and that the system just hadn't been updated. Honestly, I think she upgraded my order and shipped it faster. LOL! But, I wasn't about to question anything! She's my Angel that saved the DAY because it arrived FRIDAY AFTERNOON! And, I kid you not, I was walking into the event space and I heard a female yell, "YOU LOOK SO BEAUTIFUL IN THAT DRESS!" And, she was talking to ME! I'm a customer for life!

I recently discovered Hot Miami Styles through a friend and I am so glad I did! I LOVE their merchandise, it's beautiful, GREAT quality and most important affordable prices. I stocked up a few outfits and I was so happy when I received my order! Every time I wear one of the outfits I always receive so many compliments! :) I literally want to buy the whole store haha. I bought this one specific dress for my 31st birthday and everyone was like wow you look amazing in that dress! I will be buying here for many years that's for sure! I am from New York and I am spoiled with boutiques but now living in Florida I discovered this little gem and I am so happy! There are so many good things to name, I don't know where to begin! I love pretty much everything on the website, and they always have my sizes in stock. Also my items are shipped almost immediately after placing my order, and when arrived my products that I order ALWAYS exceed my expectations- they offer quality items that are tasteful, sexy, and always have great prices. I rave about this website to all my friends and now they'll all hooked as well!

I love this site! Exceptional shopping experience and excellent customer service. I tried to make a purchase on the site and showed me an error 3 times. I actually charged PayPal 3 times.
