I returned two bra's that I ordered from hotmilk and they are refusing to refund me for both, insisting they only recieved one. Despite me going through all of the links and process that they told me to do, packaging both bra's and providing tracking, they are essentially stealing over $60 from my pocket by failing to thoroughly check their parcels. I would never trust them again. Also, their sizing isn't reliable
We purchased two items from this website, and we were completely unhappy with both. I contacted their customer service for help and requested a return—at least for one of the items—but my request was rejected. They kept insisting that I purchased the items five months ago, not two, even though I only received them two months ago. I had already reached out to complain during this time, but they continued to claim it was outside their return window. The products were nothing like what was advertised. They were marketed as providing "ultimate support," but they were incredibly painful to wear and actually caused serious back and neck pain. The straps are painful and uncomfortable There was no support at all as we thought. We definitely got the correct sizes, so that wasn't the issue. They also said the items couldn't be returned because they had been worn—but how else is someone supposed to test if they work or not? These weren't cheap products, and they completely failed to meet the expectations set by the website. That's why I'm so frustrated and disappointed with this whole experience.

Had a bra fall apart after about 10-15 wears. Was told their warranty is only 3 months and it's essentially my own fault because bras for my size 'just won't last as long'. My bra needs to 'work harder than an A Cup'. Um ok how about you don't sell bras if you can't make them strong enough. Thanks for making me feel really great about my postpartum body
Bras were wonderful and great quality. However it took a while for me to receive them as my package was originally stolen because the company used Evri who left my package outside my front door on a public street. After a bit of back and forth, I finally got them to re-send my order and I am delighted with the bras. They are so comfortable and perfect for nursing.
Initial review not published either. Bought a maternity bra for my sister in the UK (from australia) Unacceptable undisclosed P&P rates. Charged $25 initial P&P then another $40 on entry to the UK. Have never had this issue with other international shipping. More expensive than the average bra I bought. Definitely not worth the boulder holder prices!
My initial review hasn't been posted on the hotmilk website - talk about business ethics. I just want to get straight to the point, the sizing is absolutely incorrect, if you're so eager to buy from this company just make sure to buy a size up because my usually size which is 34C (they say to buy your usually size) was extremely tight and caused more damage than good. The after sales is diabolical, apparently it's my fault even though their sizing guide lead me to change the bra size in the first place. Very dismissive, short out on $150 for lingerie I will not be wearing. Pathetic business practice as to not to show my review on their website. Beware ladies.
I had tried some in a local lingerie store and really liked the product, but they didn't have much selection. I ordered some different styles in the same size in on an online sale and I was very happy with them. Since it's a nursing bra, it's more adjustable (more settings) than a regular bra - which is great!
