I wish I can give less than one star. I ordered Creed Aventus, and received a fake. Everything was off, the packaging, the bottle, the scent-EVERYTHING. When I contacted them for a refund, I was advised to send the product back-which I had to pay for. The item has been returned- with proof from USPS, and I have not been issued a refund yet. Terrible company, and the products are fake. Please do not waste your time and try other retailers.

Don't be fooled by the low price form HOTTPerfume. You're not getting genuine products. Fake phony knockoffs. Ordered two Pure Poison by Dior and product received was not authentic. Returned for refund after I was told I could do so, but two weeks following delivery back to merchant, no refund issued. Merchant playing delay games and fails to refund via PayPal. Dispute filed. You've been warned. Read the reviews. Don't be their next victim. Be warned: They game the PayPal dispute process to delay refunds the promised despite having received the returned merchandise.

Received my order today. I'll admit, the box was almost spot on aside the wrap which was the first suspicion. Then after opening it, there was no doubt. The counterfeit Bleu Electrique is next to my bottle of L'Homme, which was purchased from Nordstrom. Pay attention especially to the caps. Worst of all, package came leaking. God knows what is in it.

This was my first time I will order for perfume here, I can actually say they deserved 5 star because I'm pleased with the purchase. Highly recommended

SHOULD HAVE A ZERO STAR RATING! I purchased Opium Eau de Toilette, 3.3oz by Yves Saint Laurent and received a disgusting counterfeit. The box looked authentic, but the bottle labels were not quite right - you can rub off the "Opium" label. The BIG problem is that the scent was not even close to the authentic that my wife has used for years. I'm trying to get a refund now, but having difficulty getting a response from them.

My wife and I are in our 70s and this is the first time we've every been scammed by a counterfet.

I was skeptical because the prices were so good, but I decided to give it a try. I bought Sauvage, and I just received it. It is the real thing, I am very pleased. Smells wonderful, and long lasting scent. The owner was very easy to work with and responded to my emails. Would definitely buy from him again.

See the threats about deleting my email? They only respond with the one word: TRACKING? Their website lists the requirements for refunds and RETURN TRACKING is NOT a listed requirement. Stay away from this company!

My mom started shopping here a while ago and now I shop here as well due to the really good prices and fragrances.
