Be careful when you return an item!
I returned a dress and even paid extra to have the package signed upon receipt, as instructed. Three days later, I looked on usps tracking and it was returned and signed for by an house of cb employee, so I tossed the receipt. Two weeks passed and I hadn't received a refund so I emailed them. They indicated they never received the return, even after I told them it was signed for. I went to the post office and begged them to pull up all the transactions from that day. I sent house of cb a copy of the proof of return and their employees signature. A week later I received a refund, no apology or anything. Had I not found the info from usps, I would've been out of over $200 and they'd be $200 richer, and have the dress back. To make matters worse, usps only keeps records for 30 days, so I'm grateful I went on the 27th day, and it was still in their system.
Please do not buy shoes from house of CB
They are cheap crap that they buy in China that the wrap all up in a fancy box to try to make them look good
Not only that when you don't want the goods the take £6.00 for the free delivery charge out of your refund
Plus it cost me £8.50 to send them back so I am almost £15 out of pocket.
Fantastic customer service. I accidentally inputted my address wrong - so I contacted customer service, they got back within a day, changed the address with DHL and continued to get back in contact with me once they saw it had been signed for to check. They also did this for another package of mine no problem. Amazing that they were actually checking WITH ME, rather than me having to chase- amazing!
Absolutely love everything on their website especially the dresses! I have 3 and they always hug the right curves! I'm 5'4,115lbs on a good day, but I always feel so sexy in their clothes. So I'm really excited to wear the newest dress I bought for Valentine's Day! A girl can never go wrong in a House of CB dress!
This place doesn't cater to busty women, at all. I used to be able to wear small/medium dresses here easily, and am a small or medium at all other retailers. I'm not sure what has changed w HOCB, but my last 2 purchases are unwearable, even after exchanging to a large, because the bust of both items doesn't cover my 34dd breasts. I've had to get 1 item tailored just so my breasts don't fall out. I'm honestly over it. Forget this place, they only cater to very petite women, the returns are a huge pain (only 14 days to return, plus you have to pay for shipping!) I will buy from Oh Polly instead.
I love House of CB! They are my go to for all of my clothing needs whether parties, or vacation. They are professional and have excellent customer service. I always get my orders on time.
I just purchased this dress and it was well worth it. I'm wearing this to a holiday party coming up and now I feel beautiful. This dress is so flattering on and it hugs in all the right places. I ordered a dress from houseofCB that was unfortunately too small for an event that was happening two weeks later. I emailed houseofCB inquiring if i should exchange the dress or just place another order after returning. The houseofCB employees replied to me quickly and effectively, assured me my exchange would be here before my event, provided me with the tracking information, and notified me once the order was sent out. The customer service was truly refreshing!

I came across Houseofcb ad on ig and I thought their clothing screamed "CHIC". I was not big on purchasing on line because I've been burned by purchasing items that looked one way on line but totally different in person and that was truly disappointing. But not Houseofcb, my jumpsuit looked exactly as it did on line in person. The material of the jumpsuit was of good quality. I love Houseofcb because their style is different, chic & very sexy! I'm sold and definitely will be purchasing from them again!
