A purely fraudulent scheme, the operator guy ask you one thing and then they us MIT transactions ( most probably TRA exceptions) to debit your card with an amount x50 the initial cost of the service
Simply outrageous and unprofessional a typical Fraud.
Afterwards the billing dept comes with an AI email, you will be refund 70% in 5 business days..

Howly said the charge would cost 1.00$ then stole 55.00$ from my account and then said they would refund 28.00$ of the money they embezzled out of my account this site needs to be red flagged and shut down they just robbed my last 55.00$ and over drafted my account I was just in a really bad motorcycle accident and have no income for the next 6 months and they just took the last of money I didn't have how am I going to eat and feed my 2 children

This company is a Scam

I canceled my membership in Howly. I canceled within an hour of joining. Received email approval for my full refund of $50. But never received it. They said they couldn't put the refund through. False. My account was fine. I lost my money. This is a scam.

ITS AI NOT REAL EXPERTS

I thought it wasnt AI. My problem was bit complicated. I got automated replies. I already tried AI for this. I wrote the same exact questions got same answers. I wrote a very vague explanation. They didnt ask me my account name or any questions. They said hold on. I held on to a yes or no question for an hour. I recorded the chat. I told them i can access to my old account they said "So you have a fake person who imitates that is you. So, all you need to do is report that person's account about abuse of your personal data." GEE THANKS I DIDNT THINK OF THIS MYSELF. I reread what i wrote and the main words sound like someones impersonating me but i explained it wasnt like that. Guess your AI couldnt catch that scammers.

Not worth it! Overcharge!

It's absolutely not worth it, to begin with. The agent or lawyer provides extremely generic responses, and they request authorization for a $5 fee, claiming it will be refunded. However, once you grant that authorization, they automatically enroll you in a subscription without your consent, charging $59! It appears to be a scam, targeting people who don't regularly monitor their bank accounts. My advice is to avoid using their services. You're better off reaching out to legal offices that offer free services.

My son spent 10 dollars on accident on this and he needed a refund and they were so kind and they helped so much and even though they did cost 10 dollars the few seconds I was talking to the people they told me how I can get a refund and they were so nice about it and they refunded it all back I am so grateful for this website to all those who read this you should buy this it was super helpful and it was great help.

Total Scam!

My elderly father-in-law payed $10 for a computer question. Then they try and charge $74 for a subscription? Thank God the bank blocked but this company has tried once a week for the past three weeks to charge the card. Called a support number the bank gave me and was told to cancel from his account. There's no way to get into his account to cancel. Just stays on a login page with no way to get into the account. Now I have to cancel his card and get a new one. Any answer you need you can get on ChatGPT for Free! Total Scam. How do you charge $10 for an answer Then $74 for a subscription. Really Really Mad!

Horrible experience

I went in search for questions about my Disney account and was directed to howely.com spoke to rep that did not help with what I was looking for then got a charge for 74 dollars called to cancel and have yet to receive my refund even after the 3-5 day period and the company still keeps trying to charge my card at 5am local time but I had to blocked them from charging my card. When I messaged the rep regarding my issue they where very rude and insisted on the fact that they have not tried to charge me but once I sent the proof of my bank statement they stopped all contact horrible service do not recommend I believe this is a scam website! Be aware danger

Waste of $1

I was seriously disappointed with howly. I was left waiting repeatedly to be told there were "currently" no experts available to help with my questions. For 5 days I was told that. Waste of of $ and time. I can't imagine their responses are much better for $75 but thankfully I never found out despite that I was never sent a cancellation reminder.
