The lenses provided are the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced. This is because they are me a from an out dated material, that will not let enough oxygen to your eye. There is not enough time for the trial before they take money for the first subscription. So you are stuck waiting ages for lenses you don't want to arrive. The customer service is awful, they can't be bothered, shout at you, hang up (repeatedly), it will take over 2 hours for them to send a label for return. Of courae i still have to wait for the lenses to comee before i can return them. Then the time to process the refund. I had to order from another provider so have paid twice for lenses this month. I would recommend waldo or lenstore instead. You will probably save money and less chance of something nasty happening to your eyes.
I should have done more research before signing up. Don't make my mistake. Avoid Hubble at all costs
I tried a trial pair of contacts from Hubble. Once i tried them, I did not like them. I reached out via the phone and cancelled my account. They charged me twice that month for contacts. I have called and emailed and they verified my account has been closed since July, but they continue to charge me each month. The person I have been dealing with states they have a second account for me. It was opened up under my mothers email after I called to cancel in July and asked them to send her a confirmation. I asked for a refund and they refused - I have not received any contacts from this company with the exception of the trial pair, and I am being charged monthly for contacts I have NEVER RECEIVED! Run away from this company.
I've been getting my contacts from Hubble Contacts online for multiple years now. I've always received my order in a timely fashion. But if I have ever had any issues their customer service team is always easy to get in touch with and has great customer service. I appreciate the convenience of this company!
As a college student, the idea of this subscription seemed fantastic. I had these contacts being shipped for about 3 months until I accepted that they are horrible for your eyes. These contacts not only dried my eyes unlike any other but they would fall out sometimes because of how dry! I've never had that happen before. This would also make my headaches worsen throughout the day of wearing them. In addition, I tried to email them OVER a month ago and cancel my subscription and even exchanged several emails with all my information. The subscription wasn't canceled and I was charged yet again. Today I called questioning why and was told they only will accept cancellations over the phone and wasn't offered a refund or even help after I expressed how unhappy I was. To make matters even better, I told them I don't even want them shipped to my house because I will not wear them, yet they won't have them canceled and taken back. Moral of the story, I regret even starting a subscription with Hubble contacts.
I did the $1 for the first month. I did not like them. I cancelled my subscription. MONTHS later they took money out of my account, out of the blue, when I didn't even have any money in that account, causing it to go into the negative. Not only that, but pretty sure anybody could go on there without a real prescription and they will send out contacts. Sketchy. I don't know how they are legal.
I ordered these contacts and I wear them, but I cannot see out of them. So I said something to the contact people. And I have not gotten any type of response
The contacts are great. Very comfortable all day. I love the convenience of having them automatically delivered but, I wish I could get them less frequently. I have 5 unopened boxes under my sink right now because I don't use a new pair often enough.
Took over 2 months and 3 agents to have the situation resolved.
Also regarding the shipping, understanding the new reality with COVID and mailing problems, maybe you should consider changing your shipping methods. You should provide shipping proof with tracking number automatically, instead of having us to contact someone, then be turned away by an agent that don't care. Being told "5 to 10 days, up to 15 days" when it takes up to 2 months is not a solution, and it doesn't help to keep customer.

I ordered Hubble contacts after taking the quiz and receiving a box for $1. Before trying the contacts in, they automatically sent me a box with more contacts and a charge of $40. I tried the contacts in and realized that they were not made for astigmatisms and I had a hard time seeing out of them. I emailed them asking what they're return policy was, and in a few hours they responded apologizing for the inconvenience and refunded me. I thought that was great customer service. I didn't have to return the other contacts or go out of my way at all!
I requested cancellation of my membership April 2020, and they stated would not charge my account any longer or send me shipment. Well they did charge my account again and now they are telling me to call to request cancellation. I did request cancellation in April 2020. They refuse to credit my account. DO NOT ORDER FROM HUBBLE CONTACTS.
They'll keep charging you even after you try and cancel. The contacts dry out your eyes. Terrible experience and I wish I never signed up for them!
The contacts were all right. They weren't particularly great for any reason but they were my prescription. They offer no refunds. In the end I was charged automatically because I didn't pay attention to the cancel date. +$80 bucks for a less than mediocre contact.
Their contacts were very nice, clean and got the job done! However when I tried to cancel my account kept getting charged and I kept getting them in the mail! I was assured the subscription was canceled but I kept getting charged. None of my money was ever reimbursed and I ended up just throwing the contacts away.
I had only just recieved the trial boxes before I was charged for the first months subscription and hadn't had the chance to try them yet. If I had, I definitely would have canceled before because they are horrible contacts. I've worn contacts most of my adult life and have literally never had an issue with dry eyes, but these contacts make my eyes dry and itchy and I can't wear them longer than an hour or two before it becomes intolerable, my eyes get all red and watery and I start getting a headache. Never expected this problem. And on top of that, they refuse any refunds in the US, even completely unopened boxes and even if their contacts cause you physical harm.
Overall i am very happy with Hubble lens. The service i found to be very good so far. Lens arrive on time, i can usually get a couple of days wear from them as well (i do take them out at night though and cleans in a solution) so i some in reserve if i need to use 2 pairs in day. My eyes feel much healthier and hydrated having previously used monthly lens. Good Lens and good value so far... keep it up!
Hubble's automated subscription removes the hassle of me having to purchase contact lenses and therefore saves me time. Their flexible model allows me to decide how often I need lenses. The lenses are also great quality, my eyes stay hydrated for the whole day. I love using them!
Tried to cancel after lasik. Called and was never able to get through. I'm likely going to have to cancel my credit card to get out of their contract like sales techniques. Buyer beware.
This is a great product. I love convenience of getting the shipped to door. And have recommended them to other people.
Hubble is fast and efficient! They are so fast sometimes I feel like they send a new box of contacts 6 weeks before I finish my last order. Lol. Dry humor doesn't translate well in text but seriously, if you appreciate fast and reliable service and you hate it when you get out of the shower and you already took out your contact lenses and you're searching for your glasses and then you find your glasses with your butt as you crush them and break them rendering them useless as I often do- then Hubble is the brand for you. 5 stars!
