And customer service has NO answer. I would like to cancel the order and get a full refund.

Ordered from Contact Lens King in past and had no problems. Added a processing fee now which is very weak. Show total cost up front and say "dont charge processing fees like our competitors" and you will win every day. OptiContacts does the same thing and I will never buy from them. Total cost is what we care about on a commodity like this. Everything else is about price and expected service. Trying to be constructive here.

Ordered lenses in the plus range and negative power was sent these are useless to me and they offered to cover shipping cost for the replacement so I'm out $360.00 and they say oh sorry that's all we can do sorry about your luck do not order from them any issues and your screwed out of your money
HI. I do sincerely apologize there were issues with your order. Upon review, I see you placed the order after business hours. During the ordering process, the patient details page, there is a popup that is displayed stating that it is not required to provide a hard copy of your prescription since you are a Canadian residence and to please ensure all information you have entered in your cart is accurate. Since Canada does not see contact lenses as a medical device as we do in the US, there is no verification process and it is up to the consumer to enter the correct prescription. Once the order is placed we send you an order confirmation for review. We sent the items as entered online during the placement of the online order. In the terms and conditions, which must be agreed upon prior to submitting your order, states our return policy. Which states, we are unable to take back any opened boxes on used contacts since they are considered a medical device here in the US. When errors occur on our end, we immediately rectify the situation by sending replacements unfortunately, in this case the prescription was entered incorrectly during the placement of the online order. As we completely understand mistakes can happen, we are willing to work with you and provide additional discounts or free shipping. I apologize for the inconvenience caused.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Contact Lens King and will never do business with them again. For years, they fulfilled my contact lens orders without issue, even with an expired prescription. Then suddenly, they refused to process my order, citing the same expired prescription they had ignored since 2022.
What made the situation worse was their complete lack of communication. Not once during those two years did they notify me that my prescription needed updating. This inconsistency left me scrambling to secure a new prescription when they abruptly denied my order. To make matters worse, customer service was dismissive, rude, and offered no solution to help me in this urgent situation.
Thankfully, I went to VisionWorks, where I received excellent service, a new prescription, and my contact lenses promptly. I cannot say the same for Contact Lens King. Their poor communication, inconsistent enforcement of policies, and horrible customer service made it clear that they do not value their customers.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. Save yourself the frustration and take your business to a more reliable provider like VisionWorks or other reputable optical retailers.

Price is low but be advised they do not stand behind delivery. When my latest order didn't arrive, they sent me UPS tracking number and said I was on my own to investigate with them. I have order over $3k over past two years for the family and will never order from them again.
HI. Upon looking into the order in question, our records show when you first called to advise you did not receive your package our team opened an investigation with UPS as that is our policy. Unfortunately, UPS closed the investigation due to showing proof it was delivered and signed for at your address. Due to this information, we are unable to reopen the investigation as they would come back with the same result. We have kindly asked you to follow up with UPS if you feel that conclusion was incorrect. We are happy to provide all proof and documentation for your records. I apologize for the inconvenience but we have opened a claim on your behalf but it has now been closed due to proof of delivery by UPS. Website is a little clunky
Paid for 2 day shipping… received package after 9 days… ridiculous! Rip off!
HI Michael. Upon looking into you order history, our records show your order was placed on 7/24 where you asked us to fax the doctor for the prescription verification. Federal Law states we have to give your doctors 8 business hours to respond until we can fill the order as entered online. On 7/25 we were able to process your order however, stated on our website for your product: orders normally ship within 1-2 business days due to us having to order your specialty lens. When you selected expedited shipping, a popup is displayed explaining shipping states when your order is verified and when we have the product in stock. It also explains expedited shipping is for week day delivery only. You are required to click "ok" before moving on to the next screen. We received your product on 7/27 which is the day we shipped out. Your 2 day delivery then started, for week day only, which per tracking shows it was delivered within that time frame on Monday, July 31st.

The delivery was delayed. One of the lenses is of poor quality. It does not stick and tends to pop out while the other one is really of amazing quality.

Upon looking into your order, I see we shipped on 6/6 and per Canada Post it was delivered on 6/8 which is a quick delivery as standard is 2-4 business days. As an authorized retailer we order directly from the manufacturer and receive all products factory sealed. Answer: Price. I wish I had checked product review sites because they have excellent reviews overall. The one I chose first had a very slightly lower price but the experience was horrible and I had to cancel my order. Their overall reviews reflect this kind of service.
