I purchased a product i was supposed to get money back on and it was denied. The specifications said one time per receipt, not one time per lifetime.
I'd sent a screenshot of my purchases and the receipt and a screenshot of what you said you would pay, which is $2.00 for the liquid All. You gave me $0.75
I was missing cash back and even my offer was not pending. I reached out to Ibotta Help and I was able to get this resolved within 24-48 hours. If not sooner! Very friendly and made sure all was taken care of and I got my cash back!

I purchased 2 Coke products on a recent trip to Meijer. I must have not scanned them properly for rebate but I should have a $. 40 credit vs $. 20, but it continues to only come through as $. 20. The products are both shown on the receipt along with a Pepsi.

I really appreciate that the funds were added to my account although I attempted to submit the receipt which show the evidence that I did purchased the items and I was in fact entitled to it, but for some reason, your system was not capturing the receipt information I'm glad you guys made a decision to go ahead and honor it. I do have something that's still pending. It's one of the people who I referred to Ibotta. She still has not received her five dollars however I got the $10 for the referral when she submitted a receipt so I'm not sure if she will follow up or opt to even use ibotta if it's she's going to find that it's going to be an issue.this issue was already reported and is in the string of incidents I reported

The items available lately have been not brands encountered much or requires multiple purchase for credit. It has become disappointing and not used as much lately.

Everything i scan the narcolepsy for a Festival Foods receipt, nothing shows up. Its frustrating to always have to find the items and many times scan them

I've used ibotta for years. My most recent "happy surprise"... I bought a box of cereal at Walmart. I had NOT selected the cereal in the app before purchasing it. Shortly after buying the cereal, i got a message from IBOTTA that they saw the purchase, and knew it has an offer in ibotta for Walmart that i had not selected before the purchase. They said if I went in and selected it, they would go ahead and give me the rebate anyway. This isn't the first time that has happened. Ibotta really looks out for its users. Thank you so much!

I was missing some cash back. I emailed Ibotta and received a response back very quickly. After I explained my situation, and they did their research on my issue, they had an answer for me in days. I installed the ibotta app on my phone and could not log in. I contacted the company. Renee and Isabella were able to determine that I had a couple of log-ins and the system was confused. They corrected the info, using my current email, and all is well. I am up and running on the ibotta app. Thank you, ladies!

Im not loving it. I think ive earned points and there's some sort of catch. This size not that this flavor not that. You didn't push a button.
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
