After the first mowing, my lawn is not as ideal as I would like it to be, but I hope that after the second mowing it will look much better! I want to mention the responsiveness and helpfulness of the customer service.
I have tired of constant mowing my lawns, hence I understood that I can't do it anymore. I decided that I would better pay someone whi will do it, but of course I wanted this work to be fulfilled perfectly. So, I applied to this company and they provided me with such kinds of services. They helped me to determine how much will the services cost and how much time per day it may take for a professionals. Anyway, the conditions suited me a lot and once per week or once per two weeks I called the professional from this company and he mows my lawns. It's pretty convenient.
I recently moved back to the area and gave Ideal Cuts Lawn & Landscape a call! I had used them before and was so impressed with their service and personal touch! They are still the best lawn service in the area! I'm a Very Satisfied Customer!
Being new to the area, it was difficult to find a landscaper that truly did all the little things I was looking for! Ideal cuts his professional, courteous and does a great job!
Joe came out to do an estimate for a concrete pad. He was thorough and willing to listen to me and what I was looking to get done. I appreciated his knowledge and expertise. His quote was simple to read and easy to see the different costs associated with it.
They showed up at a reasonable time. Great job on yard, edging, mowing and cleaning up afterwords. Very friendly.
Ideal Cuts has been maintaining our community landscape for homeowners for a number of years. They have always been professional and do a wonderful job with professional workers. We had them install all new Bermuda grass sod in our backyard... what a great job. With plenty of watering during the hot days we finally have a lush green backyard! Thank you Ideal Cuts!
Guys did a great job on getting the mulch down. We received the mulch earlier than promised and getting the mulch down made a different in the appearance of our yard.
They are very good, very friendly, fast work! Highly recommend them for anyone looking for yard maintenance or landscaping work to be done.
My wife and I recently decided that we would look for a landscaper to maintain our property (weekly mowing & edging, yearly pruning & aeration, fall leaf pickup etc. Truth be told, I had been neglecting the lawn duties and the "honey to do list" was not getting any smaller if you catch my drift.
I decided to make several calls to landscapers for quotes. The first "reputable" company I called, came out within 2 days to provide a quote, but as of this review have not provided me an estimate approx. 45 days later. The second company I called, provided me a quote after the initial "in person" meeting in a fairly reasonable time; 5 days. However I felt they were very overpriced, (second mortgage per/month overpriced). In addition, they offered to replace Trees (that did not need to be replaced) and add services that should have been included in contract.
My last and final landscaper I contacted was Ideal Cuts. Let me just say from the outset I do not work for the company nor am I receiving any compensation for this review. I was impressed from the start, and I don't usually say that about any company. I contacted the company at 10:30am, and spoke with the Owner Joe. By 11:30am after exchanging a few particulars, I had a quote for weekly maintenance, yearly aeration, pruning, mulch, and a contract I could review all other services that were included. I didn't even have to set aside time to meet in person (which is a time saver). Prices were very reasonable, but more so I felt they wanted my business which was lacking from previous experiences. My services have not started yet, but I'm already highly recommending this company based on their professionalism, prompt attention, and price..
I called and they came! Our shrubs were needing that "professional" touch. They did a great job! It's nice to know that when I don't have the time, they do. Thanks Idealcuts!
Was able to schedule for a last minute service. However, he was supposed to return few days later to complete the the rest of the job and never came back.
The guys are courteous and hardworking. They stay at the job until it's right. Extremely satisfied client. The adage is true, you get what you pay for. Thumbs up.

IdealCutsNC put pine-straw in the natural areas of our backyard all around the shrubs, etc. It looks wonderful because of the job they did.

They do a great job leaving our yard looking well kept. They are friendly, respectful of our property and efficiently in and out in no time. They have great ideas and are proactive in keeping up with the needs of our yard.
Had a small tree removed. They came out the next day and removed it quickly and cleaned up the site. Did an excellent job. Very reasonably priced.
The workers who have come to our residence have done an excellent job and they are very pleasant. I wish we had found this service sooner.
Not aware of all bushes when trimming them. Weed control not good, also, not looking at front, side and back yards for crabgrass! I have had to rip it out! I hope these things get better!
