Danvers, MA Made the appt easily. Left work early to get fingerprints done. No-one at the office. No call or email to cancel or reschedule the appt. The scheduling number had "no way to reach the office." Completely frustrating and bizarre. Don't bother with these clowns.
Terrible customer service. Can't get ahold of anyone after multiple voicemails. They owe me a refund after I paid and showed up for my appointment and they were unable to fulfill the service.
Emelia at IdentoGo did a GREAT job not only with my fingerprinting experience, but also in her customer service. She was very kind, thorough, and pleasant to talk with. I also showed up to my appointment late, and they were extremely gracious and accommodating to still see me. I was thankful for a positive, easy fingerprinting experience and would definitely use them again!
I have used this company before and I was satisfied but I cannot state the same this time. I am shocked and appalled at the lack of customer service that I received today. The young man performing the scans should not be employed as someone who works with the public. My fingers were scanning a "try again" reading and when I pointed this out, the representative was very casual and said "well, I am doing the best I can and we have customers waiting." Um, excuse me? I am paying for a service and I want that service to be done correctly. YOU HAVE OTHER CUSTOMERS? I am going to assume that you were absent for days 1-30 of the customer service training classes. I then asked if he changes his gloves after each client an he said "no, we were going through so many boxes so I just sanitize." Once again, "say what?" Who runs a company like this? As we continued on with the "poor readings" I once again explained that I am not coming back to do this again and the guy working with him blurts out "you won't have to pay again." I don't even think I should be paying this time, this is awful. I will be honest, I have double-jointed fingers so if you need me to put my fingers a "different" way, I am able to so there is no reason as to why you cannot get an accurate reading. I would not recommend using this company for your fingerprinting needs. And by the other reviews, it looks like we are all in agreement.
The most rude, unwelcoming, unkind, unprofessional staff of snobby, grouchy, inconsiderate people I've ever encountered. Avoid this place like a plague. Once I got to the rude, unprofessional staff I was informed their printer was broken and they couldn't take my prints. Never mind I made the appointment several months ago and no one called to let me know. Just a terrible unfriendly and unprofessional encounter. Why would anyone choose to do business with a crap hole place like this?
I know not everyone are consider themselves as a people person. The man running this business was just down right hateful. He shouldn't be doing a job that involves dealing with other people. I'm sorry if he was having a bad day already at 10 am, but to tell me, "I told you to sit down I'd be with you in a minute" as I approached his office, after being hateful to two young ladies ahead of me. I simply was crossing the room to sit closer to the door. I don't know if a woman has done him wrong or if he just doesn't like white women. I have never felt so unwelcome in a place of business as I did today. He shouldn't have the franchise name of Identtogo.
I thought I was singled out, until I saw other reviews but the customer service here is just terrible. Staff all across the board needs to be retrained. There's no consistency, reps are curt and rude on the phone, all they want is squeeze you out of more money. IdentoGo provides a mediocre service. If not that my board of nursing requires me to do my fingerprint with them I'd not touch this company with a 10 feet pole. Upon scheduling my appointment on the phone the rep had scheduled me for a wrong agency and now I have to pay again. No apologies, no refund, was just told to go pay again for another service. Now am home, unable to work as my license wouldn't be endorsed without the fingerprint result.
And not only in that kind of service, but in any kind. From the start in the front desk. An then a young lady came in a rustic way to ask me to follow her. After the treatment was even worse. All this happened in tha facility at 958 S Broadway, Hicksville NY.
I requested the report be sent to the court house to be placed in my records. They never received it. I called 'IdentoGO', they say it was email to me. When I asked why it was email to me, they reported because I had listed it on my application. My application was request to be fingerprinted not where I needed the report to go. I called local TxDPS and again they say it was emailed to me and only good for 14 days. Worse yet, it would have been from 'adb. Fast'... why would it be sent from such an odd address and only good for 14 days? So now, I have to drive 55 miles AGAIN and pay AGAIN to get my fingerprint report. It appears this is a very unjust scam. Its a shame, I pay for a report, never received it and now I have to do it again.
Retake, retake, retake fingerprints. Each time going to the back of the line. Received an automated message stating I would have to retake fingerprints because they did not do them right, AND that I would receive a follow up notification. I never received a follow-up and when I was finally able to contact them I'm placed at the back of the line. Our state is wasting our money by doing business with this company and I will dedicate a significant amount of time to make certain that contract is not renewed
Made an appointment for September 16th 2020 for 1:00pm. Arrived at 12:50. Was told they are not doing appointments for that service on Wednesdays. Said my appointment was moved to the 15th of September. 90 day process and I had to wait for 45 to get the first appointment. Lady was rude and smiling at the dilemma her organization put me in. Waited for 20 minutes on hold for customer service, got no one. If this company is affiliated with a government agency they need to be removed immediately. Horrible experience and I won't do it a second time.
I went in at my scheduled time the first time I wasted my time and gas. The building was closing and my money order was off by 1 penny. No one would help to fix the situation they just ask me to reschedule. I did as they asked upon my second appointment, another hour car ride and a perfect money order. I was asked to put a mask on the second time. I did as I was ask although no one else had one on. The supervisor yelled at me, put her fingernail in my face and told me she could tell me to get the heck of the property. I have been a special needs teacher for 23 years. I am not good with conflict nor do I enjoy being yelled at especially when someone has their hand in my face. I couldnt help but to tear up some. I told her I wasnt even speaking to her I was on my phone and she assumed I was talking about her which I was not. As I left the facility two of the employees that I felt attacked me verbally got into the elevator and actually looked at me, said this will be a fun ride down as they were plain ghetto and acted as if they were going to try to physically attack me. They laughed as the elevator door closed stating I was scared of them. I can't even believe what just took place. I'm not a loud or rude person. I am college educated and know how to interact well with others. These women shouldnt have a job. I wouldnt advise ANYONE to go to this location and as the reviews show most of the rest of them seem to be the same. I asked for her name and she would not provide it. I feel bullied and like it could have turned physical as they stated they were no longer at work and could take me down on the elevator. I would expect this visiting a prison or a drug rehab but NOT when I'm dealing with people that are supposed to be equiped to deal with professionals. The absolute worst customer service and gang type behavior! If I could leave zero stars I definitely would!

I have been waiting on fingerprints for 2 months now & it still says "processing." I needed these fingerprints to be hired & I still haven't received them. I cannot get through to anyone in the endless loop of robot answers. I once got through to an actual customer service representative but while waiting for them to answer the phone just hung up on me after about 3 minutes of waiting. I was never able to get a chance to talk to a real person again.
My husband, my child, and myself are getting fingerprints done for foster/adoption. We made an appointment for 2PM and when we arrived the gentleman was over 2 hours behind On appointments because he took a lunch break during appointment times. Not to mention he is SLOW and no one can understand what he's saying when he comes out and calls out names and when we ask him to repeat he's already gone. When did their time become more valuable than ours? We have a CPR class we're supposed to head to after fingerprints that I may now have to reschedule. Making an appointment does no good if you're time is wasted and meaningless to them.
These are difficult times, and I've jumped through hoops to try to get my firearms license app completed. Because I'm traveling had to do fingerprints through a card. Customer service walked me through how to do that, and charged me almost $50 to register me. I travelled an hour to get the print card from Identogo itself, and submitted as required. Then I was rejected because they claimed my zip code was restricted!
This was something that doesn't remotely apply to me. Now I can't even get a hold of anybody who will discuss this with me and follow up.

Just spoke with a rep in regards to how to obtaining finger printing as the website is not allowing me to schedule online. He asked did you "fill out the form". I asked which form. He said "ma'am, you need to fill the form out" and hung up on me after I was on hold to reach him for about 30 minutes. Spend a good 15 seconds on the call.
I have spent hours on the phone trying to get through to their customer service regarding my fingerprints. Either no one will pick up, or someone transfers me to another person who cannot answer my question. This is a joke of a company but unfortunately the state licensing committee has partnered with them so I am forced to do my fingerprinting with them. I would 100% NEVER use them if I had the choice

Answer: When I called to report that I was stood up for my appointment, the woman was VERY nice and said they could probably waive the fee for my replacement appointment. Of course, the woman at the office I went to was much more like the other reviews I've read here. Now, what I did to get through and speak to a person was to just randomly pick numbers on their phone tree system until they tell you you've "exceeded the allowable attempts." Then you will be connected to a person. Both times I've spoken with anyone, it took a bit of a minute but not too long. I am in Texas, in case that makes a difference.
