Ifax advertises "2 months free" but charged my account immediately. Contacted customer support about a refund immediately and they stated that the annual membership price was "equivalent" to two months free of a monthly membership. This was not made clear to me when i registered.

I sent two (FREE) faxes and they took $199-99 from my bank account. I contacted them to cancel and get a refund. They said no refund because it had been more than three days. WTF I didn't knowingly sign up for anything. I just faxed my voting balots to Florida. What a crooked company. BEWARE of this company.

DONT DO IT. DONT FALL FOR THE "TRIAL"! I TRIED TO CANCEL AND INSTEAD THEY CHARGED ME $178.00 FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR! AND (!) THEY CHARGED ME FOR ONE MONTH! THE APP DIDN'T EVEN WORK FOR ME AND I TRIED TO CANCEL IT WITHIN THE 7 DAYS. I AM FURIOUS WITH THEM AND FOR THE AMOUNT OF TIME I'VE SPENT UNSUCCESSFULLY TRYING TO RECOUP MY MONEY. THIS IS BS. BEWARE.
