I Had a great experience with customer service, the bike was quick and easy to set up, it is very comfortable for long periods of time, I debated spending triple the money on nordic track and I am very glad I didn't, Proform is a great brand and I have recently been seeing a lot of positive things about them as they are trying to grow, I received the bike at a discount for my honest opinion

I was given the opportunity to receive this bike at a discounted rate form unbias review. I have been very impressed with the quality and stability of this bike. I can ride aggressively with confidence and feel secure. Understanding the instructions and assembly was fairly simple as far as instruction manuals go. I am really having fun with the iFit app! It really drives me to step it up!

I am very impressed with the iFIT ProForm bike. It is everything I had hoped for and more. It is high quality and very well built. My family is so happy with how quiet it is and even in a small living space we can use it anytime without bothering anyone else with the noise.
It has so much to offer, easy to make adjustments for a more comfortable workout, toe covers to keep you positioned well, bluetooth connection and a shelf to hold your tablet to watch the iFIT workouts with.
The iFIT software and app have been impressive as well! The bike connects through bluetooth no problem with my tablet, it registers all the correct stats that show on display on the bike and records it to the iFIT program. It automatically adjusts the wheel resistance based on the terrain of my workout, but can also do it manually if I'd rather do it myself. The instructors in the workouts I have participated in so far are great, they talk me through everything from how to adjust the bike best for me, describing what is required in the workout (ie. Hiit workouts, out of the saddle parts of the workout and giving all you got parts of the workout) and pointing out beautiful parts of the view around the virtual location you are working out in. I recently got a ProForm Bike with IFit trial. First, the bike was easy to assemble but I would recommend doing it with 2 people because my wrists got tired after awhile. (I have carpal tunnel.) I appreciate the the bike came with dumbbells because I can use those to cross-train, or to at least keep moving when I need to take a breather from riding the bike. The IFit app is super easy to use; very intuitive! I love that it came with a trial period because I am more likely to try something new if there is a trial period. However, I will be signing up for a subscription once my trial is up. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest feedback.

I was very pleasantly surprised by how amazing iFit was in general. The customer service was amazing! Very quick in responding to an issue I had. The instructors and very happy and upbeat. The IFit app has so many options. You can choose beginners level, intermediate and hard. The range of workouts are amazing. They have nature and city sceneries too, which are relaxing. For the most part they play pretty good music but some of it is kind of odd lol. I also like that there's the ability to start a manual workout. You have the option to follow their plans or you can do what you want too. There's such a gigantic range of workout possibilities! It's nice not to be constrained. For my honest opinion, I was sent a product at a lower rate.

I have been very satisfied with my iFIT treadmill and its features. The speakers on this treadmill are crazy loud and it connects to my phone with no problem! When I did have a question about the treadmill when setting it up, the customer service was professional and helpful!

There is a vast variety of workouts using the iFIT program. The app is user friendly. The equipment is easy to sync to the app. The workouts are
Labeled for level of difficulty which gives you an idea of what you are attempting with your workout. The quality of the workout graphics / video/ sound is great as well. I didn't have to do much to Keri bc. Open the app and start a workout is basically how it goes. The customer service does not take a lot to reach in fact the iFIT Facebook page is extremely responsive and helpful - at least for technical issues as I had. Honeslty, I couldn't be happier with my new exercise equipment. It has made getting a workout in extremely easy. No longer do I have an excuse not to make it to the gym when I now have a piece of the gym in my home. My husband also loves the ease of getting a workout in before work. I recommend ifit for you own personal at home trainer. I was hesitant, but once signed up and using, wont go back, lots of programs to choose from, easy to use and helps keep me motivated to work out.

I accepted this ProForm bike in exchange for my impartial feedback and I'm so glad I did! After the few minutes it took to assemble the bike I signed up for my free trial of iFit and was blown away by how many options iFit offers! I have only utilized the spinning workouts and with the hype trainers, I always end my workouts feeling pretty energized and proud of myself. Since I am a beginner I am so grateful for the "stop" button that immediately stops the bike in case I can't continue. Haven't had to use it but knowing its there puts my mind at ease. The bike itself is pretty compact and moving it from one space to another is pretty easy since there are small wheels in the front. IFit is something I will stick with because I think iFit will benefit my lifestyle change.

IFit has changed the game when it comes to my fitness journey. Not only are the trainers motivating and helpful when it comes to proper workouts, the also educate you on the areas you are "exercising in". The program is pretty user friendly. IFit is a great brand and I recently bought a proform spin bike. The bike comes with a 30 day free subscription to a iFit app. The app has a large range of videos to suit one's needs. It also provides access to live classes which I love taking and challenging myself. It keeps me motivated to complete my exercises. I was provided this bike at a discounted rate for my opinion.

Covid really hit me hard with loss of motivation to work out. I quit my gym for obvious reasons and lost the feeling of strength and healthiness. For this reason, I was very interested once I saw a commercial for the iFIT app and it's paired machines. I have been so motivated to work out since receiving my at home equipment. The iFIT interface is easy to use and there are so many options for workouts that it's impossible to get bored. There are motivational trainers and exceptionally beautiful scenery which makes the workouts fun and engaging. I received the item at a discounted rate for sharing my unbiased opinion.

I will start with the packaging. The item comes packaged well and all pieces arrived in good condition. Upon opening the item I found the task of assembling all the pieces to be a bit challenging. The instructions were difficult to follow for me and I required the help of my mechanically inclined husband to finish the assembly. Once properly assembled it's seemed to be a sturdy well built unit made of high quality materials with a well thought out design. It's fully capable of giving me a full workout and challenging me for physical gains in my quest for a healthier body. All and all it's a quality bike that's worth the money. My only complaint is the difficulty in assembling the unit after shipping it does take moderate mechanical skills and a man's strength to tighten some of the bolts.

I had a total knee replacement and started physical therapy two days later. My therapist had me use a bike and it felt so much better after my workout so as soon as I got home I ordered one from IFit. My Ifit bike is 100 times better than their bike and cost a lot less! The program is extremely motivating and wants you to keep pushing yourself. Customer service went above and beyond as well!
