My concerns were: that they did not send me an order confirmation immediately (like other online fabric companies do), but I finally received it. Then I asked for a tracking number more than once, which I never received; then Susan called me on a Monday and said I would receive my order that Tuesday or Wednesday, Friday evening I had still not received my order; finally, I received it Saturday morning. If they had just sent me the tracking number, I would have had peace of mind and all of the above could have been avoided. Would I buy from them again? Not sure, their fabrics are lovely and very well priced, but with reading reviews from others I was worried if I would receive my fabric or not. Such a shame, the tracking number would have left me totally enchanted with their product and I would have given them a perfect 5.

What a delight this store is... located in a warehouse with more fabric then you have ever seen... beautiful fabric... not what you usually find in this city... or most cities of this size. I love fabric and could spend hours in this place... as a matter of fact I have.
Michelle knows her stuff and is more than willing to help... LOVE IT... may have to stop in again this week!

I wrote a review earlier and it needs updating. I'm no longer so sure their fabrics are mill ends from well known houses. They have sent me extra swatches for consideration and these extras were not designer fabrics. I now think you are paying full price for the fabrics you are buying unless Michele can prove otherwise. Plus I have received emails from her husband when I complained about something. He is a foul mouthed slob in my opinion. I think he gives away the whole credibility of the site. So since he's such a sleazeball, it makes you wonder about Michele and her nicey, nice demeanor.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with the iluvfabrix team! I live in Canada so cross border online shopping is not always smooth. Recently I did encounter a glitch. I had placed an order through iluvfabrix but my beautiful fabrics did not arrive. At a point where I felt too much time had passed, I contacted Michelle Tennen to get her thoughts. She investigated on her side and me, what I could, on my side. We gave things a bit more time but in the end Michelle decided it was time to resend my fabric which she insisted be sent priority. She kept me updated via the tracking record and the roll was received within days. I do not consider myself a big time buyer of fabric so to get such personal care was invaluable to me. Buying online is always a challenge because of color variation, quality, shipping and the like. I have continued to deal with iluvfabrix over other fabric sources because all facets of my orders have turned out to be positive. I would strongly recommend ordering from iluvfabrix. One other comment, the fabrics were even more beautiful than I had anticipated, I couldn't have been more pleased.

I inherited a wing chair that had memories. ILuvFabrix had a sale on a mohair that was still wildly out of my price range. After talking with several professionals in addition to the people at iLuvFabrix, I was convinced to get it to cover the family heirloom ("the durability, quality and unparalleled look with mohair"} The upholsterer and the furniture restorer raved over the quality, and the chair will be a show stopper for at least a few more generations of my family. I'd do it again.
