It can be so disheartening to fall in love with a fabric in a shelter magazine, track it down and discover that there is absolutely no way you could possibly justify spending such money per yard on it. I have ordered from Michelle and her team a couple of times (none recently) but today decided to try and track down a fabulous Clarence House fabric using their LiveChat function. First, it really is someone sitting near Michelle, second when I sent the link to the fabric the response wasn't a scripted one but an honest "wow" and then my chat contact reached out to Michelle immediately to asked about it! Further, while I was on the chat Michelle called Clarence House! EXTRA-ordinary customer service even if I don't score the fabric for my period Bergere! LOVE THESE FOLKS!

Sadly all my previous positive experiences with iluvfabrix have shattered into disillusionment. My company was contracted by Michelle to provide communications and social media services to boost the reputation of the iluvfarbix brand. Michelle chose to take what my business partner and I provided, writing blog posts under her 'name', creating content, re-framing her brand, fostering enormous (middle double digit) engagement, handling audience growth and management and adding quadruple and quintuple percentage growth in various categories (all documented) on a weekly basis then ceased to pay our fees making multiple excuses and then going silent before undoing nearly all of our efforts. I would offer that none of this would have been possible for us to accomplish had I not truly believed in my experiences with iluvfabrix in the first place. Proceed with caution because it would seem that at least some of the negative reviews posted have merit based upon my business relationship with Michelle. I have made a couple of purchases from Australia through Iluvfabrix. The first purchase went extremely smoothly, the shipment arrived quickly and in good condition, and I was extremely happy with the fabrics (tricky when choosing online). My second purchase hit a few snags, mostly my fault due to changes to the order. After contacting Michelle Tennen my order was tracked down, problems rectified and the shipment on its way by priority post. I was most thankful as it can be difficult making significant purchases when you are so far away. Michelle certainly gives me confidence to continue shopping with Iluvfabrix.

Did I find the fabric I wanted? Nope. Would I return to the website to look for more fabrics? Certainly. Michelle, their resident designer worked tirelessly to help me find the right fabric and still is working with me. Did I see a lot of wonderful fabrics? You bet! It's just unfortunate that so far they haven't worked for me. While I've had a positive experience w/every on-line fabric store I've encountered, none gave me the really exceptional service I got from Michelle. I feel I made a good friend.

Very very bad ecompany, order was based on a verbal guarantee that I would receive the items within 10 days in order to meet a design deadline, it took over 4 mo's to arrive and included missing items, stained items and wrong colors. Company has refused to help and won't return calls to resolve issue which has been going on for over 8 months now. They use the clause on their website that states all sales are final as way to avoid making their customers happy, even though they breached the contract. Employees mentioned that the owners are very shady and that the way they conduct business is very bad. When I asked for help to resolve the issue, the purported owners initially said I was due a full refund but changed their minds and instead began using scathing language and name calling rather than conducting themselves in a professional manner. They operate out of a storage facility - beware.

The fabrics arrived quickly and were all packaged nicely. The green and gold Scalamandre is going to be out of this world on the loveseat. I'll send you a pic when it's finished, you won't believe how perfect this one is.

I am just so happy with everything. Thanks for all the help Michelle.

P.S. Doug is getting use to the colored floral already... it took a week but he says it's growing on him now, lol

I had a good experience with this site - the fabrics are gorgeous and customer service very responsive, but actually receiving the order took a little longer than expected. The designer was extremely helpful and bent over backward both to solve problems and understand what I was looking for, and I was ultimately thrilled with what I ordered. I would definitely recommend them, probably better suited to a discriminating and knowledgeable customer as their products do tend to be very high end.
