Easy to access and plenty of options to build your money pot. I have redeemed my first gift voucher, the cash out process was easy and I am now waiting to receive my voucher.

After having finally got to the £20 mark I thought I would cash out via PayPal, didn't work at all. Tried numerous times and no joy, ended up having to go for Amazon vouchers instead. Am disappointed in the cash out process if the options that are on offer don't work, also there doesn't seem to be an obvious way of contacting them to get the problem sorted. Why isn't your customer service easy to find and contact? Update, still waiting for the Amazon voucher codes a week later. These things should be almost instant in this day and age, get into the 21st century inbox pounds.

I have recieved an email asking me to rate my cash out, but I still haven't received my payout into my PayPal account

A great way to earn a bit of pocket money I don't do the surveys as I find them a waste of time but playing the games and earning money is great. You also have a choice of ways of how to withdraw as well which is great

Great website for answering surveys(all surveys are interesting and lots of fun to fill in)and it doesn't take too long to cash out for vouchers etc.

It's very difficult to get access to the credit card I had to screenshot the page in order to see it it doesn't let you log in the right way it's just very difficult

Received my reward less than two days after applying. A happy customer and will no doubt complete many more surveys!

It is always great fun to do the surveys and try for win to spin. Then to receive some welcome cash paid very quickly is the icing on the cake

Unable to cash out until I got over £20, not allowed to cash out the other 6£ it is really annoying I can't draw all the money I have earned as I would like

I found it quite easy to apply for my reward. Chose cashout. Arrived 3 days later. Very pleased. Great surveys. Big mix of different subjects.

I was attempting to claim cash rewards via Paypal. I clicked on claim rewards and was taken to Paypal login page, having logged into Paypal to confirm my identity I was redirected to another page and was expecting to receive a confirmation code which was never received. This happened several times and it appears to be cause as I entered my credentials I was informed that was leaving Paypal. This is going to be a considerable problem in the future, so I suggest that Inbox pounds look into this as a matter of urgency to fix this problem.

A great site with surveys and activities to take part in. Cash out limit is a little high at £20 but don't let that be a barrier. Lots to get involved in on the site.

Very easy to claim my free digital gift card. I am going to use it tomorrow at Tesco. Processed in a day

Terrible experience. The original message that my voucher was available did not advise that I had only 24 hours to redeem the $20.00 Tesco voucher. Then when I tried to request a new one, they advised that my email or password was incorrect. That was not right. They then advised there was a fault in the system. I have been unable to message them. This is very disappointing as I spent many hours earning this cash.

This company is excellent you can earn free cash in the form of vouchers just completing some online tasks fill it surveys and play some games to certain levels kinda bad time to catch me currently I'm playing farmville 3 I've completed 6 or 7 games so far but this one doesn't seem like I will make it and I put 5 pounds of my own cash in it was only for 15 pounds but not the point is wasted a ton of time trying this I still have until next Tuesday but I can tell I'm not leveling up once each day and when I do level up it's getting harder and harder to level up some offers are not possible and seem like a scam to me would be nice if you went through your games offers ensuring it is possible I've read the tips and tricks stuck by them even added some of my ownoney I'm certain this will not be completed what a waste of time and money. Makes me a little unhappy despite earning off you this has let me down and makes me wanna withdraw and never try again.

The site is great, it's simple and easy to use and navigate and the surveys are okay but the surveys do let it down on the other hand because 20p for 17 minute surveys is not that great but the games section which could use a few more is the best because you can play games you might like and might even discover a new favourite mobile game, I certainly did:D

The payout for first time is £20 and fair play they do give it after so long of it pending and then you cash out and within three days it's in your PayPal account which was great, I got my first today

I have explored may different apps that claim to pay you for playing games and never do. Inbox does pay and not just for playing games but also doing surveys, submitting receipts and other things you would be doing anyway.

Hello im Chris im leaving this review to show my gratitude I have got rewards on a few occasions and always get paid…. Most apps are free and require no purchase so if you have a fair few hours to grind the apps/games you can get paid real money or gift cards… I will say you have to read the requirements carefully and try to complete the games asap as long as you start strong and play well its easy money… im unemployed and the rewards are a nice bit of pocket money.
