Not received my giftcard do not recommend. Not received as stated would do took me months to do not very good

I participated in a survey on the website and receive cash for participating and it is a good website that rewards you with cash or vouchers for taking part in surveys and completing them and earning the rewards.

I played a few games, made £50/£66 in almost 4 days now to be credited and now they kicked me out apparently because they noticed? WOW! You are a scam! Thankfully for me, I was just investigating websites like this one, so I didn't invest a lot of time in it, nor did I really need the cash. So turns out, if you do make a profit on this website (even only £66), they will find your account and block it from you being able to login at their end. And when you ask for a password, in case you forgot it and the problem is at your end, the system doesn't send one anymore. It doesn't recognise you as a new user or an old one either, you're effectively blocked from accessing the potential gift cards with the email that you signed up with on this website! I tried signing up with a new email and it does work! You are in! (So it's not the IP or the firewall). But if you try to use an email that has a sure profit of £66 to be credited in the next few days, you're out! Would you look at that? You've helped me though, unknowingly. I would have wasted my life and my time on all kinds of things, and I would wasted it poorly if it wasn't for this enlightening experience of... oh wait, there are no honest, well-intentioned business owners of this! There is no way to make even the smallest profit this way! And now I know and you will never see me try these offers again! Thank you for the enlightenment, for your inability to be fair and honest and even reach into your little pocket for a meagre £66! Business is that bad? I'm not the one that decided this would be a sane business model, you did! And I bet you're suffering because of it, as the business owner, which you totally deserve... When you start something, you do it right, or you don't do it at all, you don't make false promises, that's the first way to lose your customers. Have fun with your $#*! business!

30% to cash out your earnings, what a ripoff I cashed out £100 and was charged £30 on top and when did this charge start as it was free to cash out last year so all that I have earned this year did not even cover the 30% charge. I am thinking of closing my account

It has taken months to reach 'payout' so you can imagine how I felt finding that cashing out no longer has a 'pay into your bank ' option as it used to.
Now you have to 'purchase' a gift voucher and for redeeming a £5 gift voucher it costs £6.50!
I 'redeemed' a gift voucher for the value of £15 which has actually cost me £19.50!
To say I am unhappy is an understatement. I
I feel this is a total rip off. It costs you 30% of your earnings to redeem.

Not good at choosing surveys for you to do and the pay out is extremely slow and it says minimum £5 when actually it's 15 for the first one

I did everything I was asked and waited for voucher as requested and still am. And can't get any real communication from support center

Unpaid game installs, took 15 years to cash out. 20 minutes for a survey to be told I'm ineligible, then get a spin to win 0 or 1p. Unable to get hold of customer service EVER when I have had questions or been unhappy. Waste of time.

The ability to make money is cool but the website and advertising is misleading. To be able to redeem any gift the website states it is a minimum "£5" required in your balance to get a gift card. Untrue! The minimum is £15 and I don't understand why the developers can't be honest. The turnaround takes too long and considering how long it takes to get to the £15 minimum, it is frustrating to get there and have to wait for the developers to get themselves in gear. It's not on! Things need to change

I have been using InboxPounds for 10 months now and enjoy using this excellent site and participating in the things it has to offer. These include OFFERS which you can save money on various retailers, play games that you can earn money from after completing. SEARCH and earn each day.
I enjoy taking surveys every day and I'm very gratefull for the cash rewards I have received as a result. Thank you InboxPounds.

I received this review request as I had requested a cash out, a cash out I am yet to receive: In comparison to other sites who do exactly the same thing, telling me 10 business days for a simply Paypal transfer just means your own infrastructure is lacking. I appreciate you are expecting to be dealing with a smaller audience, localising yourself to the UK, but it doesn't take over a week to setup a simple Paypal transfer.

I should add that several offers haven't tracked, so not sure what your system relies on but some app devs may not wish to pay out fees after a particular limit, so Inboxpounds.co.uk may be pushing invalid offers, absent-mindedly or maliciously.

I applied for an Amazon gift voucher earlier this week but it has no arrived yet today they emailed asking for a review of the cash out can't believe it.very poor experience so far will update if my voucher ever appears
