I bought the wrong game, wrote to the support, got help in 10 min and got the refund in less than a week.
It all worked just fine. But you should mention that it takes some time before its fully downloaded. I kind of paniked since you pay before its fully confirmed that the game will download correctly.
Have used it for a long time and you always have good prices, good support and every time I purchase on instant gaming the codes are quick to get and activate.
Buying is fast but ensuring the product does exist or at least works doesn't. It might take a while but it seems that customer service will always figure a way.
Had a bit of a delay because of some confirmation issues. But all went well and have all the codes for what I purchased.
