The company enjoys a generally positive reputation, with customers frequently praising the quality and ease of installation of their insulation products, which deliver significant temperature regulation benefits. Many users report satisfaction with the product's performance and durability, often leading to repeat purchases. However, concerns arise regarding customer service, particularly related to shipping delays and inadequate support during order issues. Some customers have experienced frustration with incomplete deliveries and a lack of responsiveness from the company. Overall, while the product quality is highly regarded, improvements in customer service and shipping processes could enhance the overall customer experience.

Still haven't received my product yet. I ordered on 9/17 according to Trucking company tracking it arrived at local terminal on 9/22 and no one has been able to find it any where. I started calling both the trucking company and these guys on Monday before we were pouring on Friday 10/2 and didn't receive any real answers until I asked to cancel my order and I was told if you cancel we still charge you and you don't get you product also we will charge you for the return shipping for the product that no one can find. Had to jump through hoops to do something else and still don't have my insulation. Finally get an email today 10/5 that they will ship it out again after I no longer need it. So if you order be sure they use some one else besides for Roadrunner Freight to ship it.
This company just wants to argue, we are still waiting for our order 2 weeks after placing our order and they said its our fault that the delivery company is holding our order hostage and hasn't delivered due to residential charge. I have the receipt that clearly shows from insulation4less own website that I not only selected residential delivery, but I paid the residential delivery fee. They then said that there is no fees for residential delivery on their website, Well then why is it on my receipt from their website? Rather than get to the bottom of the issue and have a civil conversation that could result in a long term customer spending lots of money with their company, insulation4less just keeps sending argumentative emails threating us if we file a charge back they would keep the product and our money, (which we never said we would do, but now we are now seriously considering a civil suit) buyer beware! Shady business practices. After reading many of their other reviews this seems to be a pattern with them. Wish I would have done more research.
Facts:
Order place Sept. 16.
Order Delivered October 1.
Delivery took 11 business days. Our website states LTL shipments normally deliver in 10 business days. Customer had misunderstanding with trucking company and confused them for us. We resolved the issue for them resulting in delivery only one day outside the norm.
Been loving my Prodex Total 10M insulation! We use this material for building rooms (the walls and ceilings in place of drywall and chipboard) that are inside a metal building. It works perfectly since it kills 3 birds with one stone (radiant, vapor, air). Have saved thousands of dollars and product works as advertised. I am a happy camper!
I remember the delivery took about a week. Install is easy if you use a drill gun. I used ¾ inch screws. I went with the 10M exclusively on my pole barn. I used a combination of the 24 inch and 10M on my basement walls. I put the 24 inch between the studs and installed the 10M over the inside of the studs. It's a good product. It solved the dripping issue in the pole barn. I'm impressed with the temp difference in the barn and basement. I plan on ordering more when I redo the roof on our place in AZ.
I haven't yet received my product. I hope it's decent. The review is for the customer service. I wish I had done my research prior to purchasing. The product is taking much longer to arrive and when I asked to cancel the order and get a refund, their response was basically, "Screw you, no refunds." The customer service is RUDE, and they offer NO SOLUTIONS to any customer issue you might face. They have gone to great lengths to insure that you don't have options should you need to cancel your order for any reason, and they don't care AT ALL about customer satisfaction. The product may end up being fine... if it ever gets here... but these are HORRIBLE PEOPLE YOU DON"T WANT TO GIVE YOUR MONEY TO. BUYER BEWARE.
UPDATE: Upon receiving notification of my negative review, the company used my business name in my email signature to threaten to publicly defame my business in an attempt to bully me into deleting my review. This review is my personal experience about a PERSONAL (non business related) purchase. Threatening to defame a business that has never purchased product from you is HIGHLY unethical. The tone of their email replies is threatening and unprofessional. I may not be able to get my money back from them, but they are completely in the wrong to make threats like they did. We have asked that they stop emailing us as it borders on harassment at this point.
I received the garage door kit within 3 days of my order. It was nicely wrapped and included: installation instructions, Prodex insulation, double sided tape and reflective tape; all of which were cited on their website: www.insulation4less.com. Nice product, easy to work with and clean look when finished. Their sales department was easy to contact and they quickly returned a reply.
Good company to do business with. Ken
We like this product. We did not want to use fiberglass when we finished our basement 7 years ago. This is a green option which we wanted. Now we are finishing the garage and went back to this product because we were impressed with it. Easy to install and works well. Some negative reviews relate to shipping charges - they are clearly explained on the website and make sense as the product is bulky and oversized. We will order again should the need arise for insulation in the future.
Great product. Space saving and works. We use in our cabins in the mountains and all of our tiny home builds.
Customer service is great. Good folks to work with.

The Mrs. And I thought about making a room in our metal building for some time. We knew we had to first do something about the heat and dripping. Your 10M did the trick. It was easy to work with. We did it ourselves.
Works great
I insulated the roof of my house and pole barn. It's worth the money and then some. My main issue was heat. That's not a problem anymore. It's much cooler now. Thanks SE
I was skeptical at first but I must say I'm pleased with the product and delivery time. I ordered the 24 inch and the 48 inch. It was flexible and installed easily in my crawlspace. I put the 24 inch inbetween my studs and the 48 inch below. Previously, I had fiberglass and a lot of mold. I'm sure that wasn't very healthy for me. I remember ordering on a Monday and was surprised to see them on my porch a couple days later.
I have used the prodex underneath my beach house, attached up inside the floor joist. Foam is NOT a good choice, Termites can find their way underneath that method, and termite folkes will not bond your project. So far i think this will provide a great alternative since it reflects heat/ cold and also will NOT absorb moisture, which is a huge factor and would negate anything that fiberglass insulation would have done for me.
I have been dealing with this company for years now. I have never had any issues with them.
I wish I had taken the negative reviews more seriously. Customer service here is non-existent. They shipped my order and when it arrived the installation tape was not on the truck. When I reached out they were curt and unapologetic. Three days now and I have ZERO followup from the company. I would look for another company if I had to do it again.
Update: The company reached out to me not to apologize for my inconvenience but to press me to remove my negative review. They have refunded part of my purchase but not the shipping charge for the missing item. Stay tuned.
Update #2: After I questioned the reasoning for not refunding the shipping fee they did issue the refund. They also continued to press me to remove this review.
I cannot speak for the product yet since I just received it. Baring something miraculous happening when I do finally install the insulation, I would not use this company again. I would not recommend it and if asked I would say Stay Away.
BTW. To date, no apology for any of it. Fingers crossed the insulation works.
Email I received sent by the company owner:
"90% of issues for a company can come only 1% of the people. Identifying the 1% is not difficult. You're a miserable person trying to pass on some of your misery to others.
Enjoy yourself on those parasite review sites you claim you're now going to share your misery on Sites full of non-customers, competitors and miserable people like yourself seeking the comfort of other miserable depressed people."

Facts:
1. Customer notified us on Thanksgiving eve that the shipper didn’t deliver the tape portion of his order.
2. We immediately emailed our shipping broker for the status on the missing tape.
3. We then immediately notified the customer that we contacted the shipper and will communicate with him again as soon as we hear back from the shipper.
4. On November 30th, on the holiday weekend, he posted his review.
5. On the FIRST BUSINESS DAY after the Thanksgiving holiday - Monday, December 2, we emailed the customer that the shipper was looking for the tape at the terminal.
6. Dec. 2 - The customer asked for and RECEIVED A REFUND ON HIS CREDIT CARD for the tape (Dec. 4).
You would think that would be the end of it. It appears Chris Sebolt of Sign Of The Times, Oxford, MA
Has a new mission in life:
“In addition I will be sharing my experience with any other review site that lists your company. If I can save just one other person from the same experience the effort and time will be worth it.”
We wonder how many stories will be spun from the simple FACTS shown above.
I've been using the product in four homes in 3 states over the last 15 years, in very warm and humid environments, and in very cold and dry environments. Great product for insulation, water barrier and sound deadening. Always received within a couple of days in perfect condition.
I would give them a negative number if that was possible
I purchased 7 rolls of the insulation and they have a delivery service to deliver it to my house ( I'm insulating my garage.). The order is now at delivery service and first the service calls and asks me to call back. I do and that number is disconnected. I contact customer service and they were very receptive and helpful at first. I contacted the delivery service and tried to schedule a delivery or pick it up from them and now I can't get an answer from delivery service
I contact customer service again and say that if I can't get my delivery today I will cancel the order.
Jonathan's response was go ahead and cancel. You won't get the product and we will still keep your money! WTF?
Don't use these $#*!s the product isn't that spectacular either
The below emails from Mr. James Laging shows what we’re dealing with. Unfortunately, Site Jabber will likely edit his disgusting comments. He apparently has challenges that extend beyond the delivery time of his insulation.

Facts:
Order placed on October 15
On the 21st AND 22nd Road Runner (the shipper) attempted to set delivery appointment.
Road Runner’s phone number was never disconnected.
10/29/2019 05:16 PM Shipment delivered to consignee, only nine business days from the day he ordered.
Company represented their product well it was easy to work with and seams to insulate well. For a complete all in one insulation vapor barrier.
Needed extra product on a job, asked for expedited shipping. They shipped within a day, but after 3 weeks I still don't have my product.
Facts:
1. Order placed on August 27th, delivered on September 11th - That's 11 business days. NOT 3 weeks!
2. NOWHERE on our website does it state we can expedite LTL shipping!
Unfortunately, businesses are forced to respond to blatant and easily provable falsehoods.
I doubled the size of my shop. It is now 3200 square feet. I added a 5 ton A/C system. The walls were insulated but the open ceiling was not. The new unit would not keep up with the load. I forgot to mention that the shop has a metal roof.
I purchased Prodex insulation online and had a contractor install it on the underside of the rafters.
The A/C went from not being able to keep up to being able to keep the shop what ever temperature I like.

FACTS:
A. Chris B ordered 4 rolls of insulation. He got 9 rolls!
B. The shipper misplaced his initial order. We then shipped a replacement order. The shipper then sent the customer the original order PLUS 1 roll of insulation that belonged to someone else.
C. Chris B. Accepted ALL the rolls! He didn't tell the shipper that he already received his insulation. He didn't notified us that he received more than twice as much as he ordered.
Fortunately, the above conduct is not typical of most people. It's unfortunate that a small portion of people of poor character are able to write whatever they wish in public forums.
