I changed my opinion when they paid me at the beginning and I thought it was a good company - they answered emails and answered in the chat - but be careful. They only pay at the beginning until they gained my confidence and got me to invest more. Then they stop paying and they do not answer emails or chat, it is a big SCAM. They've lost my business by posting politically charged content on their social media. Making fun of my political stance isn't appropriate for a professional business. They should be promoting their product, not their politics.

I can't wait for my monthly subscription surprise as well as what I've picked up from the fire sale page!

I just love being g a member of Investor Crate. They have fair prices on gold, silver, platinum and every month as a member I get to participate in a fire sale. The fire sales are wonderful. It gives members the chance to buy precious metals at hard to beat prices. Finally, if I ever need help from customer service they are the best team to get help from. I just love Investor Crate.

I recently started investing in precious metals, and Investor Carte has been an absolute game-changer. Their webpage is pretty user friendly which made it easy for me, a beginner, to understand more about gold and silver. Excellent customer service, and unbeatable prices—what more could you ask for?

Investor crate is my go-to place for precious metals. These guys have the best value. Nowhere do I find prices like theirs. Heck yeah investor crate.

For $200 I got 2 1 gram dots, 1 1/2 gram dot, and a 1/10 oz silver buffalo.
Thanks, but no thanks. I'll be canceling tomorrow. Could have bought 8 1 oz Silver Eagles for $3 more.

Been a subscriber for quite a while. They just opened up their firedeals page which was an exclusive membership before! I added several silver rounds and coins to my box and it saved me hundreds of $$$ compared to anywhere else. Like what the hell? I was so suprised on the deals that I decided to give them a good review. Really happy to see a company like this give back so much value. <3

I love the product. And I really love supporting a veteran-owned company, but I feel like they could do better with packaging. It's safe and secure, don't get me wrong, but idk, seems like they could do better, and plus I hate the paper miche that always gets everywhere when I open my box and I'm quite a neat freak. Maybe it's just me. So for that, I'm giving a 4-star.

Easy to join and they respond quickly to inquiries. But, a monthly gold subscription that costs $207/ mo. Will get you a 2.5g gold bar that you can buy for $140-150 for the exact same bar.
Paying $60 more for 2.5 gold isn't worth the service. They only thing you get for that extra money is an automated shipment every month.

Recently saw someone questioning the legitimacy of Investor Crate on Facebook and felt it necessary to give them a review. I started my monthly silver subscription in early 2020 and haven't been disappointed yet. I bounce between the coins, bars and rounds box and truly enjoy the variety and service they provide. I always feel like I am getting an amazing deal and I am amazed how they continue to source really unique and cool pieces from around the world.

While my initial intentions was to eventually sell the silver for a profit, I can't see my self ever stopping the service because of how cool it is. I think the plan for my silver is to pass it on to my children eventually.

They forgot to put a 5 oz silver bar in my box that i had ordered off of the investor crate plus store. They quickly resolved the issue and sent it out and even gave me a discount code and sent a tshirt. This was only error ive seen so far. Support lady i spoke to was extremely nice and resolution was quick so i have no complaints at all with them.

I've been buying gold & silver for just over a year from these guys and the experience has been wonderful. The premiums are fair, the variety is great and I definitely recommend their Fire Sale page if your going to really stack bullion to the ceiling. They've recently added gold sovereigns too which I just ordered my first one. Keep up the good work guys, seriously!

Received a Investor Crate for christmas from a friend and loved it. Started a subscription starting this month and super excited to build up my silver collection. What a great and fun way to invest.

I was skeptical at first. But when I ordered I made the 50 dollar crate order for the 50/50 crate of gold and silver. And I was shocked at what I recieved. I am going to continue my subscription. I am so happy about it. I am going to keep telling people about this every month. It's well worth trying

Dollar cost averaging a long term investment such as Gold and Silver simply makes sense and I find that these guys have the best overall value for their subscription service.
