I submitted my ticket with photos of proof and a explanarion. Within 2 hours my issue had been reaolved and I had received my missing reward!

I downloaded an app to receive a reward but didn't receive the rewards however I contacted customer service & after review the rewards were credited to my account! It a was super easy and very quick. Thanks for all your help!

Hraji hru lovesick a chtěla jsem získat potřebné diamanty pro tuto hru, tím že si stáhnu hru soliter a dohraji ji do 147 kola. Jako odměnu jsem měla obdržet na hru 122 diamantů. Několik her už jsem takhle hrála a fungovalo to. Bohužel i po dohrání požadovaného kola jsem měla v dané hře napsáno že stále mám hru v procesu a není dokončena. Po kontaktování podpory která byla tedy opravdu rychlá se na hře načetlo že jsem vše splnila. Přišel email že mám nárok na odměnu za hru a že je vše vyřešeno. No a doteď jsem nic neobdržela a podpora bohužel nereaguje. Je to smutné ale nemohu dát dobré hodnocení.

This enterprise is scamming people into completing offers they are not willing to honor. For two different offers (Township and Stars Slots) I have sent multiple screenshots proving that all conditions of the offers have been met. They did not even bother to reply to my emails. Do not attempt to complete any offers through them, you will lose your time and money! You have been warned.
