When I first contacted, I was essentially written off, tossed aside like so much garbage, and disregarded. However...
I pursued it further, and found whoever it was I was dealing with the second time deserves a 5 star rating, whereas the first should be fired...
I was treated respectfully, businesslike, and not like a machine. As a successful entrepreneur... I respect that greatly...
Hell, even said up to 3 business says, but it wasn't even 15 minutes, and the issue was resolved... And... after only -1- email.
Thank you, whoever is was I dealt with the second time. You deserve a promotion, if that's a possibility in your job. Excellent service, and it did not go unnoticed, nor was it not appreciated.
When I compare that to the first I tried to deal with, only for them to write me off, blatantly ignoring the factual evidence presented... The difference is as night and day.

İ payed à game to earn Credits. After i accomplished the missions i don't earned the Credits so i wrote them they telled me to sent à photo and 1 month later i had my Credits

This has been my second interaction with the iron source customer service team and for the second time they have dealt with and resolved my issue within a day with the expected outcome, amazing customer service, even better game.
I had an issue with Online Soccer Manager coins. It's been difficult to find how to contact support or solve the problem. They adress you to the advertising companies… who created and manages the game, the advertising companies? Then, It has been difficult to contact the support team, then… they didn't gave me a solution in the first term… guys, why is it so complicated for you to solve this little things? I got my issue solved more than a month late. Too late, i have already stop playing. Besides, they ask you to "review your positive experience"… haha … come on …. Hundreds of offerts to get coins. You spend an hour of your life to get some. Many times results nothing, other times you get them two weeks late… other times you have fight and cry to the support team to get what you fairly earnt. Baaah
As the headline says the response to questions is fast and even if I thought I was wronged at first, they explain it where I see they are usually right, but if I'm right in a question they don't hesitate to give me the reward.
I downloaded the game and enjoyed it but never got the reward and then download again and still no reward
What are you talking about, I didn't make the purchase! I can't even play that game, why would I purchase anything when they told me 2 months ago that my Google ad ID is off or something like that and therefore all of my data is instantly deleted!
I asked my 10 y/o nephew if he made a purchase on my account and he won't give me an answer, which makes me think he may have done it.
There were over 20 attempts to log in and my password was reset several times, I still can't get into my email address. I've since put biometrics on for all purchases.
I submitted a request for an offer I did months ago with proof and I was credited. I was surprised to get credited after all this time.
Answer: Only standarized answers from bots saying "NO"...
