I placed an order with Its Delish on June 8 with the understanding that it would arrive within 3 to 6 business days. I received a FedEx tracking number, but it never progressed beyond "label created." The items never shipped. What did happen immediately, though, was the charge to my credit card. I emailed the company four separate times trying to get a status update. I politely asked for information and requested an estimated ship date—not once did I get a reply. No acknowledgment, no update, no resolution. I finally had to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. The complete lack of communication is unacceptable. All they had to do to retain me as a customer was respond. Even a simple "We're looking into it" would've gone a long way. Instead, I was met with silence. A business that ignores its customers—especially when they've already taken their money—is not one I will ever deal with again. Poor customer service doesn't just lose a sale. It loses every future sale. Its Delish made that choice clear by ghosting me. Buyer beware. If something goes wrong with your order, don't expect help. You'll be on your own.

I never write reviews when I am unhappy but don't want anyone else to go through this. Sadly, I did not check reviews for this company ahead of time. Now that I have, I see that this same thing happens again and again. I ordered at the end of May, was told it would ship in 3~5 days. The label was created the next day. A week later, nothing else had happened. I emailed and got no response. I called three times and left a message. No response. When she answered, she said she wasn't by her computer so I should call back tomorrow, but it was probably shipped. She wouldn't listen, did not have my name or order number. I called back again ten days after ordering and a man answered and said a fresh batch had just been made and would ship tomorrow. I would should have it by the end of the week. After two more emails, I told them to cancel it. This company is not professional and I will not order from them again.

These people put recipes up for people to look at long enough to buy the ingredients and then put the recipe behind a pay wall. If you see delish in the name don't even bother reading the recipe. If they have already tricked you into buying ingredients just paste the recipe url into a recipe app and the app will copy the recipe for free.

Don't buy from this outfit! I ordered an item in November that never arrived. I contacted them and they claimed to have shipped but no proof. They then refused my request for a refund or re-shipment. No way to do business.

I order premium Raw pistachio no shell. I received old moldy small pieces, bad taste. I contacted them, but no result. I don't recommend this company product, I did not read the review first other wise I would not ever order from them. My cost was $83.29. It is not eatable must trash it.

This place sells on Amazon and has worms in the food. I spent $40 on each 5 Lb bag of nuts and one has these white worms all over inside the bag, unopened. My issue is that its now been a month of complaining and all I get back is that they have no refund allowed. The company only sends emails stating they are looking into this matter with no way to reach back to them. After 4 weeks of getting an auto email that they are looking into it, I am over asking them to make this right. DO NOT BUY FORM THIS COMPANY... Its a scam and they have worms. Good if you want to go fishing and start a worm farm.

On Sept. 22 2022, I placed an order, they accepted my full payment, and sent me a confirmation email with a Fed-Ex tracking number.
When I later checked on the tracking, I found out that that fed-ex had been notified to void the shipping order. My order had been cancelled and not one word to me from its Delish. I have left 3 messages on their listed phone number and emailed their listed email twice. Nothing.
They have not answered my calls or my emails. No explanation, no offer to refund, nothing!

Placed a $187 order - they shipped the wrong item. Several emails and phone calls later, they send a replacement... and it's the WRONG item again. Now we're going through the same cat and mouse games of endless emails and phone calls. Still waiting to receive the items we ordered. Why is this so difficult?

I bought It's Delish Roasted & Salted Edamame soy nuts. I received a bag of Roasted but Not salted edamame. The package listed salted. The name says it. But no salt. I contacted the company. They asked for photographic proof of the product and of the packaging. I supplied all they asked. Then they sent me a message they can't refund or exchange my product because I opened the package. I've since found many complaints mirroring mine. The company knows it misleading its customers and has no intentions of fixing their product. I guess they can't afford the salt.

DISAPPOINTED, I would NOT recommend.

So very disappointed and angry. Cheap grocery store chocolate is better than this. Waxy chocolate. Rotten/burnt peanuts. Not worth wasting my carbs (or) money on. It's going in the trash.

I had the pleasure of ordering 5lbs. Of cornstarch from Its Delish! It's hands-down the best cornstarch you can use to make Oobleck. Oobleck comes from a dr. Seuss book by the same name. You only need one cup of Its Delish cornstarch. 1/2 cup of water and four to five drops of food coloring. Mix the water and the food coloring then pour in the corn starch. You have now created something that is both a liquid and a solid! Play with it, let it run through your hands like a liquid then put it in a pie pan smack it and you'll see nothing comes out. This should keep the kids and quarantine busy and happy I 100% guarantee it!

When you want real-great raisins Itsdelish is the place to get it. I ordered regular raisins, it came "organic". I have the system The Code of Love that allows checking any product for harmful elements and eliminate it. This time there was nothing to eliminate: the raisins were perfectly clean of any (usual) garbage. It was also fresh as if just dried. In addition, when I asked to deliver it a couple of days earlier, it was delivered three days earlier. And communication with the seller was instant, Yah and the price was very competitive! Thank you.
