I realize that computer tech gets better and faster every year, so I didn't expect to get anywhere near what I paid for it...which was $2,500 only a few years ago. The thing was basically in mint condition with one little TINY 2 inch hair-line scratch on it...basically only used for literally about 12 hours. Regardless, I needed money badly. I was offered $317 at first. Fine, whatever...I'll take what I can get at this point. Then at the last minute they email me and say they are adjusting the price because the power supply that I sent with it doesn't come from the same company or something? I bought the damn laptop BRAND NEW and the adaptor is the one that came with it in the box! Otherwise, how would I use it if it's not the one that comes with it?! Anyway, they took off about $60 more! So I got a check for $262. Never again.

As with the first time I sold them a computer, everything was done promptly, hassle free, no out of pocket shipping expenses and you have the option to expedite the process for $50 and get it shipped, and be paid within 3 days. Might not be the route you'd prefer to take, but should something come up and you really need the money ASAP, it's good to know you have options. As a matter of fact, PayPal tried to put a 30 day hold on the $900+ payment for the first computer I sold them but it wasn't anything to do with them. Paypal had their little flags ready just because it was the first deposit of it's size in that account since It isn't used very often. After a drawn out phone call with Paypal customer "service", I contacted the people at It'sWorthMore and explained what happened and within 20 minutes the money was released. All around they've just been good people in my book.

Excellent service- only recommendation I would have is when you are able to select a check as an option for payment and this is mailed out. There was a way to track this. Other than that, this have been a very easy and very fast process.
