Jeulia rings, my Love

The ring is more beautiful than I even expected, and she adores how unique it is. Grace was fantastic, and talked to me every step of the way, which is an excellent touch when buying such an important and pricey item. I'll definitely consider going back to Jeulia for any future jewelry needs.

Had a 10th wedding anniversary ring to purchase for my wife.It was last minute purchase. Looked around alot but when I found Jeulia was very helpful in recommeding the right set for me. Everyone was very helpful, clearly communicating, and very knowledgable about every step in the process. I would recommend this company to anyone from the novice who needs guidance through the process to a jewelry expert looking for a convenient way to purchase or design fine pieces of jewelry!

This website is absolutely wonderful it has the best customer service that i have ever dealt with! First they didnt take my free shipping off of my order so i emailed and it was corrected over night and they were extremely polite about it secondly the order i placed was for rings for my mother for valentines day and when fed ex delivered them they were stolen from her front porch so i called to tell them and they sent out an entire new rings to my moms work so she would get them they even personally called her to apologize to her for her not getting her rings on valentines day! Can you say wow! I was amazed at the lengths they go to for their customers it is amazing if only more businesses were like this! I am so pleased and i will continue to order from this site! I recommend it to everyone they are great!

My husband ordered a ring on Dec 20 and set for express shipping, never got it. Called on Jan 5th to see where the ring was since they never sent an email with the confirmation number. They then sent a confirmation number email and we checked it and it wasnt sent until Jan 7th. Fast forward! I called Jan 20th. Lady told me that i would have to wait a week exactly to receive my money back. I called back in the 27th and was told to call back in a week. Negative! So we had to sit on the phone for almost 2 1/2 and go back and fourth about our refund that we called about almost a month ago The lady Sandy kept putting the phone down (sounded like a house phone) not wanting to hear anything i had to say and left it down for a full 10 minutes but i was NOT about to get off the phone without our money refunded. This is a shame to scam people out of their money they work so hard for.

I must admit my heart sank when I read the reviews on here after I ordered. However, I have had a great experience. I ordered my ring 5 days ago. It arrived yesterday - and I didn't pay for express delivery!
The ring itself arrived in beautiful packaging, fits perfectly and looks exactly as it did on the picture. So for me, I would highly recommend.

SCAM!

My boyfriend ordered a nice claddagh ring for me and we got it 6 weeks later... to find it was missing a stone and return it in OCTOBER. It is now the end of January and I have yet to get it back. MANY emails later, even with the correct order number and a picture they took of it to prove it was there... I have yet to get it back or get a straight answer. Customer service never answers, chat never works and the emails (other than a few short ones basically saying the same thing) are automated.
NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. If he'd known it was a Chinese company, he would have gone else where because of the scams from such places

Horrible service

Received my order and the ring is a piece of crap. I've been trying to get return authorization for over a week. No one gets back to me via email or live chat. The phone is only a voice mail whenever I call.

I have never had so much trouble returning something in my entire life. Customer service doesn't even exist. The telephone doesn't even have voicemail. WORST COMPANY EVER.

My fiance bought me an engagement ring from above-mentioned company. The website states that the ring is rhodium plated, rhodium is a high end alloy metal which does not scratch or discolor as stainless steel / silver would. I have had the ring for two months. I take it off whenever I am cleaning, cooking, or know I might be able to scratch it with whatever I am doing, and put it in its velvet box. The ring has scratched terribly and even has dents out. This is NOT rhodium plated. My fiance complained directly to the company and the lady didn't seemed fazed by it. She offered for him to pay in R1000 so that he could get a new ring. NO apology, NO NOTHING! This is shocking! I would not recommend anyone buying from this company as they falsely advertise.

Complete waste of time!

My husband bought three rings when we got married. We ordered them on the 27th of Dec. Its NOW the 17 of January. We've gotten in contact with them multiple times, each time the ring was either processing, getting ready for shipment, or being engraved. The lady said that engraving takes 10 days, its been 22! WHERE IS THE RING? My husband called, the ONE time he actually got a hold of anyone they said its their "busy" season, and the ring was processing but they will send it out the next business day. Its been well over a week! I'm tired of this company and just want my money back at this point. I'd rather get a ring out of gumball machine then deal with this company. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Still not disappointed..

Jokingly I pointed out to my boyfriend the 2.40CT Princess Cut Black Diamond Rhodium Plated Engagement Ring back around Halloween when it appeared on my facebook page. I really did think it was pretty and had mentioned I would not mind something like this for an engagement ring. He proposed 1/3/16 and I have been wearing it for over a week now. I do see some peeling of a clear coat on the bottom band part, however... you get what you pay for! He said he had no shipping issues and we both love the ring a lot. I have received a bunch of complements.

Don't do it

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! This company is a complete scam, they are not based out of California (like China or Hong Kong), they do not return your emails and their customer service number is a complete joke. Unless you stay up late like myself (1 am or later) I finally got in contact with them to exchange my ring for a smaller size. I originally ordered a size 7 U. S, but clearly there rings run big because it didn't fit me at all! They tried to charge some bulls**t "shipping fee" for the exchange! Luckily my husband got the fee waived via "live chat" with these friggen shmucks. We are sending out my mermaid ring tomorrow but who the heck knows when I will get my ring back! Because the first time they shipped it to my husband (for a Christmas present) it came in the 23rd of December and our order was placed on the 2nd! Whatever, you do just don't order from this stupid website. Really pretty jewelry... but such a headache to speak to customer service, they do not even speak English which is fine but "Emma" could not even utter a word of English, which made the process even more difficult and annoying. They are unprofessional and try to take advantage of innocent people! JUST DONT DO IT!

Terrible

I ordered almost a month ago and just now got a tracking number. It has been in-transit from Chins for almost a week on top of that. I emailed at the 12 day mark, as it says 8-12 days, asking if it was shipped yet and received a rude email back. Never again will I order from this company.

It took a while

I ordered a ring from them on 12/23 and I received it this morning. The status on the website showed that it was "processing" for 8 days. I finally got a tracking number on January 4. It finally shipped out on January 5 from China. It arrived in Chicago on January 6 and shows that it sat there until yesterday.

It pretty and it looks just like I expected it to.

I purchased something on Dec 3,2015, needed to return it for a different ring and smaller size and could never get ahold of anyone to return my item and still haven't heard from anyone to get an address to return my item now the 30 day grace period is expired so i'm stuck with a too big ring!
