Ordered ring and it got delivered with 2 stones missing after 6 wks I received the replacement I've had it on for 1 day and 3 stones are missing and it's about to snap.
The ring comes from China so pointless getting another replacement I don't have time for the hassle.

Do not order from this company, yes they have some five star reviews. I fell for that too. They lie cheat and steal. My husband ordered me a Claddagh bridal set; the shipping time was as said on their web site. They sent the wrong ring. We went through the process with them to exchange the ring set for the one we ordered. When the ring came back to us it was the same wrong one we had sent back. At this point we left it alone; because they have proved themselves dishonest we didn't send the ring back for a refund fear that we would never see the refund since they stole money from us to start by not sending us the correct ring twice. Beware this company is out of China
My husband ordered a ring over a week ago and paid extra 28$ for Shipping and woe and behold a week later still not here. He contacted multiple times asking where it was they ignored his emails until he said he wanted a refund which they ignored him asking for one and said that they were processing it and that which they would send a tracking number which did not happen. Of course they took out over 200$ right away the day he ordered it. Very unprofessional business VERY poor customer service. Since they have been ignoring my husband and giving him the loop around I have emailed them still yet waiting for a response. I would not recommend very unprofessional and they scam you for the 28$ shipping. Such a shame.
Whatever you can think of, you can buy it there. It's pretty safe and reliable. One great thing about jeulia.com is that you also have the option to sell stuff yourself after you buy.
