This is my go to online spot for high quality stones at very affordable prices. The faceted stones are SO sparkly and catch the light beautifully. The prices are hard to beat too.

First and most importantly customer service is amazing! They handle things in a timely manner and are very pleasant to work with. 2nd, the quality of the items I have bought are amazing and I was VERY pleased with that! 3rd, the time it took to ship. My shipment took the amount of time it should coming from China to the United States. I mean, plan your projects and things a head of time. Dont rush the process!

This is not a UK company, even though there's a UK address on their website. The fine print tells you that the shipping and return address is another country! China.
Check sizes. What looked like normal pendants on the website are too small for a doll! It's all metric so Americans will probably need a ruler.
If you want to send anything back, it will cost you at least $16... making it not really worth it.
BTW - All this "credibility" stuff on this site... I'm not sharing my personal info for a review.

I haven't experienced any bad service from them. I had a late order once but they let me know about the stock that they were waiting for. I had asked them to rush my order and they did. Their website is well designed and oh my goodness you can find anything there. Its amazing.

This is the best site so far for jewellery and findings. Lots of choice and reasonably priced. Transaction and delivery was seamless. I would highly recommend.

I couldn't say how much I love this website. Excellent prices, and quality you just cant beat. I was seriously shocked at how many genuine gemstone beads I could recieve for such low prices (15-30 inches for around 2-3 dollars, sometimes lower!) The customer service is prompt and personal. I will only shop this website from here on out. The prices beat out my local craft store a million times over.

When I see a sale elsewhere online, I check the price here first to get the real deal. Now I know where a lot of online shops are buying their products from.

This site is easy to navigate, has so many of the products I'm looking for, a variety to select from, and bulk pricing on a lot of items. I can batch add or remove between wish list and cart, access previous orders, select a specific type of product on my wish list using a dropdown menu, or submit a ticket if needed- all from the same page.

Customer service was always nice in their communications while keeping me updated on my order as they were processing it. I could also see the updates from my account. The items were well packed and survived shipping with no damage.

I've ordered many styles of magnetic clasps and was not disappointed. Well formed shapes and finishes with strong magnets. Descriptions include details like hole diameter or approximate bead counts so I can order what my project needs. Orders can be easily saved to a file.

I wish I had known about this site sooner. Too much good stuff all the way around.
