Finally got mine today. Excellent quality. It's been a long wait but so worth it.
I paid 25 dollars for 3 day shipping, it's coming in 1 week. I'm emailing back and forth with someone named ivy, not only is she rude and unprofessional; she's saying the shipping is out of their control and i can't get a shipping refund. If i paid for 3 day shipping that's what i should get. (i'm not counting the processing time and the time it takes to make the ring)

Terrible customer service made an order within an hour later I wanted to cancel the order they will not let me do it but the rules state that you can cancel within 24 hours and get 100% refund now they're telling me that the ring is being made as I ordered it I am so pissed please never order from this company. My boyfriend bought me a ring in June 2020, in January not one but TWO stones fell out of the set. Not only are they not replacing it but they won't refund our money. 10% refund was offered! Are you insane? Or a 40% coupon for their site as if I were going to order from them again! Terrible customer service, and certainly not under any type of warranty! Beautiful jewelry, terribly quality. Rethink before you buy!
