I ordered a ring March 8th and haven't received it yet. I Have sent over 20 emails and they keep saying the same thing, which is we will send you tracking e once it's shipped.
Purchased 2 rings one was the wrong size due to size chart defaulting to suggested size. Contacted customer service, worst experince EVER! After 13 emails requesting info on return the ring for the proper size, they reply "sorry we cant exchange due to your mistake" WHAT?!? Terrible company outrageous price for the customer care you recieve. NEVER AGAIN!
I placed an order. It took over a month for me to receive it. It was 2 different sizes. The engraving was missing. The customer service was horrible. They were rude and refused to admit there was a problem. They told me I could bot exchange it. But never addressed the engraving issue. Tried to call several times and no one ever answered. They are terrible
I ordered a ring for my wife feb 12. Still haven't received shipping info or anything. They will charge you instantly. I've emailed them twice. The first one time they told it should be here by feb 27. And they would send tracking info soon. The second time they told me that they were sorry I misunderstood and that the rings were made to order. I too paid the 25 for faster shipping. Still no tracking info or ring.
I ordered a ring on February 11,2017 and paid for the $25 2-5 day shipping... i have not recieved any emails from them about the ring except they confirmed my order... i have called and no one answers the phone... i have tried the live chat more than a dozen times at different times and days... nothing... i have emailed them through my email and twitter NO response at all... i love how none of the negative reviews are on their webpage either... well messed with wrong person... i am a product reviewer and hopefully my connections can help not only me but others out with getting this company in check in some way or another... be aware!
I ordered a ring and received the wrong item. The company is refusing to replace the wrong ring with the correct one. The "customer service" people treat me like this error is my fault. Seriously, how much money are they making off of customers by scamming them like this? Do not buy from them!
Worst company ever! I received my ring a while back and the next day the main stone was loose. They email back saying send pictures... How do you really show a loose stone in a photo? I went to a jeweler & paid to have the stone tightened & a week later one of the prongs was bent badly, I sent pictures and even drew a red circle around the bent prong, they are so stupid they still couldn't see it. They refused to give me my money back and refused to exchange the ring... they refused any kind of service at all. Their web site says they have a 30 day refund and a 1 year warranty, that is a total lie. Also all the black is rubbing off of the ring, it looks like a costume piece of crap. It's been almost 2 months now and still no service. They are a complete joke, rip off scam artists!
Do not use I paid for express shipping $25 if it arrives when they say it will it will be 15 days what is the $25 for? They told me I misunderstood oh I understand. Do not use save yourself the stress!
I ordered a ring for my boyfriend's birthday the size was to small tried to call the number listed no answer, so I emailed the company all I got was send us a picture. Sent the pictures still all they kept asking me to send more pictures. The worst company I had to deal with. I will never order from them again. If you are thinking of ordering from them don't! Buyers beware.
Got my ring Christmas Day during proposal. It is now only feb 6th. Ring was sold as 925 sterling silver but the silver has turned color and Im seeing a brass (brownish red) color under finish on areas where silver is gone. Sent pictures to company. Response was there was nothing wrong with ring and to clean it with toothpaste. They are refusing a return on a ring thats embarrassing to wear. Were contesting the charge through credit card company now
The same thing is happening to me now, I ordered two rings got one but not the other I keep trying to call but no answer so I email them they constantly keep telling me that they mailed it, No u mailed one not the other I'm going to get an refund I'm getting so tired of this I will not order from them again... THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE. I ORDERED 2 RINGS IN DEC. 2016 AND PAID FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING FOR ONE OF THEM. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE WITHIN 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS AND I JUST RECIEVED IT LAST WEEK. I HAVE NOT EVEN SEEN THE SECOND RING YET. I HAVE BEEN GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH THEIR SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SAID I COULD NOT RETURN THE RING AND OFFERED AN 8% REFUND. WTF?! IT CLEARLY STATES ON THIER WEBSITE THAT IF YOU ARE NOT 100% SATISFIED THAT YOU COULD GET YOUR REUND. MY ORDER WAS NOT A CUSTOMIZED ORDER SO IT SHOULD HAVE FALLEN UNDER THEIR RETURN POLICY. NO ONE SHOULD ORDER FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND ARGUE WITH THEIR UNRELIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
My son ordered a piece of jewelry on December 17th. He knew it would not arrive in time for Christmas. The site said 9 to 15 days. On the 15th day he checked the status. Ready to be shipped. 14 days later he still doesn't have the piece but they had the money which was debited on December 29th. He asked me if I could look into it further because he was working. I used their chat option. That's when I encountered Rodger. Using the order # I asked about the status. First he repeats ready to be shipped. I ask when since it exceeded the 9 to 15 days. Then he tells me it's not done. I ask how can it be ready to ship? That's poor business. I did use snap shot for my protection. Rodger asked if I wanted to cancel the order. Please confirm. He's use of English wasn't written that we'll and he continually asked me the strangest question like "what does actually mean?" My response I didn't use actually what do you mean? After 20 minutes I told my friend Rodger I will check with my bank. Do not cancel order. I received an email the next morning saying order was cancelled. I responded and asked why. Response: you order cancel. Great english. I asked again on the same email thread. Same answer. Asked again and my old friend Rodger said my behavior was bad. What? I realized that he was nervous because I mentioned my bank. My bank confirmed the site was fraudulent. Yes they are not to mention the amount of time and stress it caused stay away!
