I'm not a frequent customer only because I'm an adult who doesn't get as much time for practice as I'd like, but Johnson String is fantastic when I need them. Good prices on strings, great variety of sheet music, and the best folding music stands.

Very easy to navigate website my granddaughter found a nice selection of sheet music for her viola and accessories also. Shipping cost were minimal and fast. Have ordered again since this order.

The color (poppy red) of the case I have received is very different from the color (light pink/coral) which was advertised. The representative I contacted about this issue was not helpful and overall my experience as a customer was not satisfactory. Otherwise the case is very well built and fits the description.

This is my 2nd JW Eastman cello case purchased for my daughter. Quality is sturdy and fast delivery.

They often ship in boxes -- depending on the contents -- whereas other vendors often opt for flimsy envelopes. They have a good string selection, always fresh; and like that JSI offers the special JSI String Set, which features Dominants and a Gold Label E.

I ordered a brass shoulder rest attachment clip so I could bend it into a custom shape. There were few places it was available and this one was the least expensive. I wrote and changed the part number after ordering and it was handled cheerfully. The part arrived almost immediately and worked for my purpose. Thanks!

This rental is a great bargain for my advancing 14 yo player who needed a better cello to really grow as a musician. Rental and delivery were seamless and easy. He unpacked it tuned it and now can't wait to play every day... with the old beater, he couldn't hear how much his practice was paying off but now his tone and performance quality are obvious and have encouraged him greatly.

Dominant violin string set is what I needed and they had on special with some rosin. Price with bonus clear rosin was less than Amazon also

Excellent product design and use. The stand folds into a tight easily transportable article with its own bag. My cello fits perfectly into it and at least half of it is no longer setting directly on the hard floor. Completely stable and reliable.
