Jomashop has never failed to fill an order promptly, communicate consistantly, and stand behind their products. These days that level of reliability is especially refreshing. Great products, amazing selection, careful packaging and good communication. I couldn't ask for more.

They ship so slowly and have over an hour wait time to talk to a customer service rep. I don't recommend this company if you care about customer service.

Watch defective. Also refund policy also meant you have to pay for shipping if you don't like the watch.
