I placed an order for a Wolf watch winder 12-11-13. It was supposed to be overnight shipping. When I didn't hear anything from them by that weekend I called and after a 45min hold was told the item was packaged and ready for shipping and I would get a confirmation email later that evening. WHen no email arrived by the following morning I emailed their customer service and was responded to later that day that the order was shipping and I should have a confirmation by the following morning. When still no confirmation email I called and was again on a hold for 50min. WHen a rep came on he told me he saw the item shoeing ready for shipping and didn't understand. When he finally came back 15min later he told me he had no answer. When I asked what that means he had nothing more to say but if I was unhappy I could cancel my order. I asked for a supervisor who gave me some story about a high demand and their quality control being behind and they didn't have the item as they came in damaged and had to be sent back for replacement. When I asked why customers were not notified he simply said there has been no time. When I told him that this order at this point was over a week old he stated if I was unhappy I could cancel. I told him that if the price wasn't as good as it was and the date wasn't this late I would have but at this point they need to fill the order. He assured they would send out update by days end. Not surprising that no email came. However friday afternoon at 4:02pm I got an email from an **manager stating that the item would be shipped monday 12-23-13 and I would receive it Tuesday 12-24-13. Again, not surprisingly, but very disappointing the package did not arrive. Every other package ordered from many other companies, even as close as 2 days before the holiday arrived, but not the 1 ordered 2 weeks prior. Their company and customer service are pathetic at best!

I purchased a Momo watch and it was defective. They completely ignored my eMails and I had to file with BuySafe to get my money back. Another order "got lost in the mail" and again, I had to file with BuySafe to get the money back. BuySafe doesn't refund the shipping costs! I paid for three watches, got one defctive one and I am out the shipping cost for two orders. I will never ever buy here again.

Exceptionally bad, yes. They printed in the text that the product had a 30 return guarantee... yet did not honor that nor would they discuss the fact that the product arrived faulty. There was no refund or replacement of product.
Worst customer service experience of my life. They scratched my $300 watch - when it was in for warranty repair, only had it 5 weeks - and they will not replace it or refund my money. Technically i have owned this watch for 20 weeks. It has been in their possession for 15 of the 20 weeks. I regret that i was traveling and could not send it back for full refund as soon as i noticed it was defective. I missed the refund date by 10 days. Customer hung up on me, called me "stupid" and that it is okay for a "used" watch to have scratches. I didn't go rock climbing with this thing. Give me a break. This place only cares about getting you to give them $$. They don't want a customer, they want $$. WILL NOT RECOMMEND.
