The help I needed

I took my 2002 Ford Ranger XLT to two auto clinics. Neither fixed the problem of my pedal going almost completely to the floor before the brakes took hold. Both told me my brakes were fine. I knew this wasn't so. I've had this truck for over six years, and this just wasn't right. I went on JustAnswer.com, and Brian said: "This looks like brake shoes that are out of adjustment. When they aren't adjusted properly, the pedal will sink much further than it should before pressure is applied to the drum. This happens when the auto adjuster fails." I am very happy to know the cause of the problem, and look forward to finding a brake clinic that can fix the problem.

The technician/engineer helped me with advice, diagnostics, and reassurance. Then helped me come up with a plan to get the FREE recovery media from the manufacturer AND gave me the phone numbers/address of the right people to contact for further protection from crashes in the future. Awesome!

I found this service online through a Google search. First I emailed my question and got a response in a matter of minutes. They also offered me a phone chat if it may help further. No more peeing cat!

I found JustAnswer one night when I was overwhelmed with the repeated "accidents" from my young girl cat Lulu -- and knew it had to stop! The wonderful vet I found with JustAnswer gave me specific, concrete recommended actions, including one I had never heard about(Feliway), and when I implemented them -- it was like magic! No more pee. I became a member on the spot and have since gotten thoughtful, actionable help for water heater, electric, horticultural, and tax questions, for a very low monthly price. I rated the HVAC GURU who helped me a "5" because he was AWESOME! The first thing he had me try worked! I was so happy that I left him a Tip on top of the regular charge! I had a Heating and Cooling company come out to repair my furnace about 3 years ago and I was shocked that after they threw several parts at it and ended up coming back 3 days and charging for 2 people and mileage, my bill was over $750.00! I will ALWAYS try getting help by asking questions to online Techs... this is a very useful service!

Lost maps on my GPS

There are many licensed journeymen out there but few licensed plumbers. I found myself in this predicament with a host of questions that cost me money to address and yet were still unsolved until I found a licensed, very experienced plumber. Suddenly all my problems were solved and obstacles that seemed insurmountable were conquered.
