I took my 2002 Ford Ranger XLT to two auto clinics. Neither fixed the problem of my pedal going almost completely to the floor before the brakes took hold. Both told me my brakes were fine. I knew this wasn't so. I've had this truck for over six years, and this just wasn't right. I went on JustAnswer.com, and Brian said: "This looks like brake shoes that are out of adjustment. When they aren't adjusted properly, the pedal will sink much further than it should before pressure is applied to the drum. This happens when the auto adjuster fails." I rated the HVAC GURU who helped me a "5" because he was AWESOME! The first thing he had me try worked! I was so happy that I left him a Tip on top of the regular charge! I had a Heating and Cooling company come out to repair my furnace about 3 years ago and I was shocked that after they threw several parts at it and ended up coming back 3 days and charging for 2 people and mileage, my bill was over $750.00! I will ALWAYS try getting help by asking questions to online Techs... this is a very useful service!

Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
