Our window has an arch at the top so the blinds have to be hung from the side walls. They sent top hanging brackets the first time with the blinds. Called customer service and they said the would have the correct brackets sent to us. 3 weeks later we received top hanging brackets again. Called customer service a second time. It's been 3 weeks since the 2nd call - we have not received anything. We still cannot hang our blinds.
Overall experience was very good. Process was simple and we receive the blinds on time

Bought this cellular shade to replace an old one that no longer worked properly. The color we had previously purchased had been discontinued when we bought the last two, so the one I replaced was still the old color. The one I just purchased now matches the other two, and works perfectly.

Answer: I ordered blinds for my entire house from Just Blinds 17 yrs ago. Your help with problems thru the years have been great... the questions answered and problems solved. Now another problem with my continuous cord loop blind... only one sdie goes up.
