The item received appears to be a different color than what was originally ordered. I ordered what I thought was Grey but it's actually blue. I have ordered in the past blinds that were Grey and they were true to color.

Web site was easy to navigate. Found what I needed and was looking for. Took a bit to come because of the production. Fairly easy to install. Not a fan of the chain to open and close but it works smoothly. Room darkening.

I have a house full of blinds from just blinds and am very happy with the quality but God forbid you need a part or any help at all. Their customer service department is absolutely the worst I've ever experienced. Rude, condescending and no help at all in resolving a part issue.

They were easy to install and look fantastic. They are easy to use and child safe.

Blinds are great, however, I have one complaint about the mounting clips that are difficult to use, e.g., the tiny springs are very stiff. Hope I never have to remove the blinds again--could be ugly.

Very nice quality blinds at a reasonable price. This was installed in my travel trailer to replace a broken blind, was exact to the measurements and fit perfectly. Very good turnaround time for a custom-made item.

I have order samples three times and have received the wrong samples all three times. I am wondering what it is going to take to receive the correct samples. I have ordered the Warbling Onyx and Kyoto Apple Blossom sample, but have received the Mandalay Iron and Kyoto Pear Blossom, all three times.

Perfect fit. Well constructed. Color just like the sample.

They look great and perfectly fit the window space. However, forcing someone to create a review is unnecessary and could diminish my experience. Thanks!
