I'm writing this review because I'm extremely frustrated. I have reached out to just fab multiple times have gotten very crappy responses. My items have not shipped. FedEx is still waiting for them to even bring the package. I am super frustrated that I bought something over three weeks ago and it stillhas not been sent out honestly I would just like my money back and to go purchase shoes since that's the whole reason I ordered shoes the first place is to wear them
I ordered 3 pair of shoes. One pair was too big. Therefore I had to return them fora 1/2 size smaller.
I love the shoes they are a bit tricky but worth the low cost. I had to cancel my subscription because I can not afford to buy more shoes and the customer service rep compleatly understands what and why I needed to do what I did he was very kind and accurate in explaining every choice I had.
Checking on my most recent order. It still hasn't been picked up. It's 9 days later (order request March 31,2025).

As always Just Fab is so quick with shipping which is amazing, however the comfort of the shoes vary. I received a suede mule flat that's generally comfortable maybe not all day though. The other pair is a platform double strap sandal which is on the first time I wore them they cut the top of my foot within 20 minutes of wear. But I'm still breaking them in. Overall, I love Just Fab and their variety of styles!

I made my purchase with JustFab and discovered that quality, esthetics and price are directly proportional. Their items have an amazing quality, beautiful designs at an affordable price. Excellent!
The customer service representative was very helpful and effectively helping me with my issue and very pleasant to interact with.
I never received my package and they won't give you a refund they give you store credit and then they tell you to give them 2-3 days and then your supposed to contact them again this was a horrible experience

I was hung up on as the rep repeated my email and said let me look up your order and then hung up. I waited an hour for the call back. Horrible customer service experience.

I love shopping JabFab sales. I found a lovely pant and shirt to coordinate with so many different looks. The quality, fit and material of the pant and shirt is top notch with a nice softness to the fabric.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
