I ordered an upgraded version of the arrangement and got the standard version (so it appeared). If this was the upgraded version, then I am unsatisfied.
Very unfortunate you keep telling my order was delayed because you didn't have one to deliver it. You said the address wasn't available. When fact she lived right in town. One excuse often another. 5 days of lies.
Jeanne Mills, we received your order on December 21st when the only local shop in that area had already reached capacity for the Christmas holiday. Up until January 26th, they were still unavailable.

I live in Canada and have been ordering Christmas arrangements and wreaths to be delivered to a friend in Denver for the last twelve years. Always delivered at the time I've requested and she's always commented on the fantastic job they on presentation.
The picture of what was supposed to have been sent and what was actually sent were two different things. What was sent looked thrown together without thinking. After calling they offered me $10. It was embarrassing to send to my friends who were grieving. I asked for it to be resent and they said they got 4 plants in a dish. That's what you ordered. Very disappointing. On top off that I paid $20 delivery for the next day and it was a day late.
Jennifer Benson, the screenshot you sent us a picture from a different website. The order is called Abundant Pleasures, and the item calls for assorted potted plants in a brown round low dish container with peace lily, dieffenbachia, ivy, fern, and a croton plant. The local shop did the arrangement correct with some minor subs for the other plant since some plants may vary depends on availability. We offered you a partial refund for this and you accepted.
I ordered a floral arrangement to be sent to my sister for her birthday. I ordered it on Monday, DEC 15, to be delivered on the 16th. It did not arrive at all. Turns out it was delivered to the wrong address and the local florist didn't want to correct their mistake. I was told it would be delivered on Wednesday, then Thursday, and finally on Friday it arrived. It was a beautiful arrangement, given the bonus treatment, but it was 3 days late.

Looked for a delivery to a small town in Kansas, to a rehab center. Lovely flowers and prompt delivery to a special friend. Will definitely order again...
Flowers arrived on time as a graduation gift for my sister in law. She loved the colors and presentation. We ordered online and the delivery went smoothly.
The flowers were better than the picture. Seems the delivery driver doesn't know how to read and forgot to grab the chocolates which I'll be refunded since it's Christmas and they are too busy to head back to my mom's to drop them off. Accidents happen
We ordered flowers for a time sensitive event and they were delivered two days later - one day late from the day requested and paid for.
Order placed on December 11th. Delivery attempted on December 12th. Delivered on December 13th.
Ordered flowers for my mom's 76th birthday, to be delivered December 6th. Flowers never arrived. I emailed customer service. I was informed they were delivered. I then called customer service, and told them flowers had not been delivered. Customer Service then emailed a day later and informed me the flowers were being rescheduled for delivery. I asked several times for the order to be canceled. Instead, the flowers showed up on Wednesday December 10th.
For residential, hospitals, and nursing home deliveries, in the unlikely event that there is a delay in the delivery, the delivery will be attempted the next available day.
Flowers ordered did not look like what I had chosen to be delivered. They lacked arrangement and appeared to be grouped and just thrown into a vase.
I have sent this same review, 3 times now and keep get follow up emails.

Beautiful flowers. They were delivered a little later than I anticipated (initially thought it may be the day I ordered, then wasn't until after 5PM the next day), but we are happy with how they looked.
Easy convenient way to send flowers, my sister in law said they were gorgeous.
Terrible experience and will never order from you again. What ended up being delivered was not of equal value to what I expected and paid for on your website. Arranged was delivered two days late. Delivery was left without the message tag I had provided. Family receiving the flowers had no idea who they were from. Your website should not be advertising arrangements and services you are not able to provide.

I paid extra money to have the flowers delivered by 1:00pm as a surprise for my wife's birthday. She was out getting her nails done and I wanted her to see them along with chocolates, jewelry, and other items I was preparing in the kitchen table. Flowers didn't get here until 5. When I called customer service they wouldn't give me the name of the flower place and they kept saying "will be there soon". Unacceptable! I will never use this service again.

I ordered flowers for my daughter in law, who recently had surgery. I can always rely on Just Flowers from whom I've ordered before. They have always delivered on time. Their flower arrangements are always exceptional quality, they are a great company to buy from.

JustFlowers.com took my order, then claimed they needed more money because my florist didn't have the flowers I picked. They never delivered anything — not for my son's viewing or funeral. They called during the funeral, then again five minutes later.
Afterward, they said there were no florists in my area and tried offering a discount and credit. I demanded a refund, which they resisted until I pushed.
This company is unprofessional and heartless. Avoid them at all costs.

I ordered an orchid from JustFlowers.com for $137, expecting the lush, pink arrangement shown on their website. What was delivered was a small, sparse orchid in a broken plastic pot, nothing like the photo advertised. The plant even appeared cut short to remove damaged blooms — clearly not the same quality or style I paid for.
I reached out to customer service four times, providing photos and detailed explanations. Their only response was to offer a $30 credit, which is both inadequate and insulting. The difference between the advertised product and what was delivered is substantial and misleading — this isn't a simple substitution, it's false advertising. I strongly warn others against ordering from JustFlowers.com. The products are misrepresented, and the company refuses to take accountability or treat customers fairly.
