Everything was good. Chose the film and activator I liked and ordered and it's being delivered today. Watched a video they provided on their activator and chose accordingly. Overall a great experience.
I ordered from Kansas Hydrographics when an order from another company wasn't as described. I liked that Kansas Hydrographics have videos of each hydrofilm to best see what the results would be.
We always buy our film here. Always have the best options and awesome shipping and awesome quality but this last film order has been horrible, the film is wrinkling so bad and won't cover, we have used almost the entire roll we purchased and this roll of film is junk. 😔

I will NEVER buy from this company again! They used to be decent but now they are rip off artists selling crap! I spent $80 for 6 meters of film and when it came, it was all crinkled up with tears in it. I have notified company several times and no one gets back to me. So I gave them $80 and they gave me junk. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have tried over and over to contact them and always end up with a goofey game thing that wants my info.ordered product last week hasn't showed up yet.their products are good but they need to work on their business model and customer relations, Big Rod of Oregon
Product shipped quickly, and is as advertised. No fault of their own, however, the packaging arrived ripped into 2 pieces, it's a wonder they stayed together, and the box sustained serious damage in multiple areas, however, the product was intact, and in good shape.

Site is clean and clear, pricing is good, shipping is not only free, but ridiculously fast. Honestly, most hydro film companies are similar, so the service is really what makes the difference. Kansas Hydrographics knocks that out of the park!
I I ordered carbon fiber film back on October 11th. I called them numerous times they said they would get to straightened out with UPS because UPS said they could not do anything I am until the company will call them and file a lost item complaint. I have talked to the owner numerous times and he said he would take care of this. I'll be done with no smoke at my $#*!. Here it is about to go into December and still I have no product can no longer get through on the phone no way to reach him at all. Not a good way to do business I feel they rip me off they burn me and I like to spread the news don't do any business with them cuz they've done this to me they'll do it to somebody else. I do not like giving back comments out. But when you earn it like they did you get what you deserve. You ripped me off $42 might not be much to you but some of us it means a lot. I will never buy another product from you even though I spent thousands of dollars to begin with I'll never buy anything off you again I don't even want to waste my breath on your useless ripoff company. I've never been so disgusted before as I am right now I've lost a customer and so have you plus I'm spreading the word on Facebook I'm such a poor company that you really are and you do not stand up behind your product you are a con artist and a used bull$#*!ter have you done with life to your teeth I'm at the time over and over Brian you suck I'll never order the time of day or anything from you again.
