I ordered a kurta set and they sent the wrong size pants, instead of an adult size they sent a kids. I contacted them via chat, phone and email and they refused to refund or send the correct product. I would never buy from them again or recommend anyone to buy from this company. Worst customer service!

I tried contacting them to cancel my order the day I placed my order. Nobody answered my call or replied my email. Once it got delivered, they contacted me saying they cannot give me full refund, instead they offered me store credit which I didn't want.

I ordered a size 40 they sent a size 38 and then they refused to return the item. They stated it was out of their return policy even though they were the ones at fault. I'm now out $65.

I was looking for traditional Indian clothes for my brother wedding. I search for men kurta and at Karmaplace i got lots of varieties in Indian man dresses. I order 4 dresses and they are very user friendly. I called them directly and requested them for some changes in colour and i am really thankful they did as per my wants. I will purchase again. Shabby product. Delayed Delivery. Delayed customer service. Over priced. Products arent as shown in pictures. Refusal to exchange or take returns even when products are shabby. Have a 7 days return policy even though products taken 8 days to get shipped

Ordered about 4 kurtas for a Diwali event on October 12th. As of October 25th, NONE of these have even SHIPPED, when it said the estimated DELIVERY date was October 20-25 at the time I ordered it. I have tried calling their line several times, yet every time no one picks up. Also tried emailing them 11 days ago, no response on that end either.
