My overall experience with Keen has been positive. Although, I have come across several charlatans and rudely unprofessional people over the years. Thankfully, the genuinely gifted, personable advisors outnumber the grifters and jerks therein. My usual reasons for visiting Keen are to seek clarity and affimation(s).
I have been an intermittent Keen subscriber for over 20 years. One of my very first Keen readings was absolutely on point! The advisor was so accurate, she gave me the EXACT malefactor's name. That phone chat led to the-beginning-of-the-end of my unevenly-yoked, so-called marriage.
I appreciate the added perks as a Keen Subscriber(e.g. Free minutes, Satisfaction Guarantee refund-option, horoscopes, etc).
I foresee myself as an active Keen Subscriber for at least, another 20+ years.

I recently completed my readings with one of the Tarot Psychic for the offer of $1.99 for 10mins. This price was very convincing so I tried and paid through my Paypal. However, when I check my bank it cost me $8.99. The Psychic lady was actually very nice and sounds genuine but there was a lot of delay to respond back and so the 10mins was not enough. I added additional 10mins for this matter for another $8.99 that shows on the screen. So i choose that option. The chat lasted approx. 20mins but when I check my bank I GOT CHARGED $179.80! This is a scam. Very dissapointed.

Each advisor has a price per minute which is prominently displayed on their listing. This was the $8.99 you are referencing. I did 2 reads, cassandra was 1st, paid $25 for 6 min and was supposed to get 3 free minutes for 9min total, ended my conversation after 5min 43 sec, and got $20, and some odd cents worth, reading was terrible, complained got $20 free reading if i gave a credit card dor $1 not paypal, and was not redeemable. Save your money

Scheduled an appt with an 'advisor' under the 10 mins special. Got recorded call from keen 4 hours later that I would need to pay $5.99 per minute if I wanted to talk to this person. This is a scam in the worst way. I do not recommend scammers like this site.
