I can't say enough about my customer service experience! I accidentally ordered the wrong length but needed my hair right away! I explained the situation and the representative had me take the hair I had to the post office call with the shipping information and expedited my hair to me! SO GRATEFUL IT CAME AO FAST AND I WAS AVLE TO KEEP MY LONG AWAITED APPOINTMENT! LUV U GUYS. I HAVE USED THIS AS MY SUNMER GO TO! My own hair is tsunami hair and I just can't deal with it!
Hey ladies I seen this hair on suki IG and was like um yessssss I need that lol I got 20in straight the hair came quick and was top notch no shedding.
I have ordered hair from Kendra's the last 3years l, I recently ordered some bundles and the Quality just isn't what it used to be. The hair tangles way more now then it ever did don't know if she changed vendors or what. The hair is still descent but for the money you pay the quality needs to return.
The hair smells worse than beauty supply hair. Comes with a lot of gold and red strands! And is it raw hair. I have a frontal from Yummy Exstentions and 7strands they're both raw vendors and i compared them. I would say kendra's hair is the same as beauty supply hair. Or it's processed virgin hair. The lace front was supposed to be 20 inches. Most of it was 10 inches long. I got a refund but they kept the shipping fee and i have to PAY to return the item. They do not send return labels. They're clearly broke as hell.
Delivery was super fast & the hair is everything I expected. Worth the money! Can't wait to order again.

Bundles do make your hair fuller though
The hair is the worse ever. IT SHEDS LIKE A DOG. Literally my bed and clothes are all full of hair! It's disgusting. Too much money for the hair to be bad quality. The hair stinks smells like corn chips also.
I've purchase from Kendra's multiple times, always purchase 3 bundles. About two weeks ago I purchased again and this hair is the worse I have gotten from them. My fingers will not run through my hair without knotting up and it sheds like crazy. Totally not worth the $350 I spent. Might as well went to aliexpress or local beauty supply. Disappointing.

The quality of the hair is trash now. I've been a happy customer with Kendrasboutique.com for years but the last purchase I received was terrible. First issue I noticed was the hair didn't come in natural black color, it came in shades of brown and the quality was extremely thin barely recieved any hair and I ordered 4 bundles. I got the installed and accepted how it looked.The hair tangled like crazy and lots of shedding. Finally decided it was time for a wash, it was all tangled in the shower, went to blow dry it and the hair started MELTING/BURNING ON MY HEAD! I CRIED! It was not 100% human hair. I TRIED CALLING BUT NO ANSWER. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE HAIR AND WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN-I WASTED ALOT OF MONEY
Ordered a 3 bundle deal once and it was great, second time I got it again w/ frontal. 1 bundle was jet black and the other two were brown. The frontal is advertised as HD lace and the quality is aliexpress. Not only that, the black bundle looks dyed and smelled like the hair from the beauty supply store. Definitely never ordering from here again.
If you're thinking about ordering the loose curly hair from this company DON'T! I was so excited to order hair after all the great reviews I read. I ordered loos curly thinking it would be similar to loose wave. There's nothing loose about these curls. I'm so disappointed! The hair is more like kinky curls, is dry and has a weird smell. Even with shampoo, conditioner and hair products the hair still smells, and looks dry and frizzy. The curls don't lay down. It's like a bush. I can't believe this company charges $600 for hair and the hair looks like crap. I bought 24, 22, 20 and 18 inch transparent lace frontal. The hair is short and looks like 18 inch not 24. A rip off! The deep wave frontal looks like pineapple waves synthetic blend (cheap frontal you buy from hair store) After chasing fed ex for a whole day for my hair, I was hoping it would be worth it it was not. I will never buy hair from this company again. First impression is everything and I'm not impressed. Extremely disappointed! I'll have to go buy from my usual company cuz this hair is not it!
