Ordered a Christmas theme dress 3 weeks ago and still don't have it Christmas Eve is only 7 days away, ordered in Nov! They ship using DHL not even FedEx! Horrible customer service emailed 3-4x before getting a reply.
UPDATE: After many back and forth emails Kenny Flowers apologized and refunded my money. The worst customer service ever! Do not buy from this company. They do not care about the customer or the crappy items that they sell. They only care about the money. Ordered a Kenny Flowers Hawaiian shirt for my husband who wore the shirt, I followed the washing instructions on the label and the shirt shrunk and he can no longer wear it. I contacted customer service who told us they will do nothing to replace, exchange or refund our purchase. How terrible they made us feel, so insignificant. Let The Buyer Beware! Shirts are also not true to size, run small.
Just ordered a "pink" linen shirt, it was more of a cherry red, not at all like the photos. I went to return it and I get it with an $8 handling fee. Great way to ensure I'll never buy anything ever again.
I just ordered $350 of merchandise for the first time from Kenny Flowers website. I paid with PayPal for rapid checkout. When i got the receipt, they added $7.39 for shipment protection. What BS. I expect the retailer to hold their shipping provider responsible, not charge me, their customer TOTAL BS. Won't shop here again without a change in customer care!
I ordered a shirt for my husband on June 7 - as of Aug 3, still no shirt. The initial order said 3-7 business days! Won't be ordering from them again!
