Great lock, heavy duty. Would give 5 stars but instructions were terrible. Directions need to be changed or simplified. Reached out to customer service and they helped.
Customer service is bar none. The person who helped me (Sarah) went above and beyond to help me and answer my questions, and gave me some very helpful tips as well. Also, the Lockey products are amongst the best.
I made a mistake and they caught it and rectified it!
The email asked "had I received my item yet"? There was no option to answer no so I just click on this link, wasn't clear if I should have replied to the email

Was looking to find a replacement for a broken latch mechanism on an existing keypad lock, and this part fit perfectly. Shipped quickly, but stalled by USPS for multiple days bouncing around from Post Office to Post Office before delivery, which is not the fault of the shipper.
Spoke with Sandra. She was very personable and product knowledgable and and answered all of my questions. Her tip that the metal backing of the metal EZ plate on the M210DC could be spray painted to match the door finish was helpful. She explained the mailing process and contents of each email as they appeared on my screen. Appreciate the quick shipping time. My Alzheimer's husband has just started bolting from the house and required two neighborhood searches recently; Apple watch GPS (didn't work) and home security not enough. I would hire Sandra.
