You have been informing me by emails of the progress of shipping the product I ordered. Especially international orders, customers would worry whether their orders are successfuly accepted or not, when their orders are processed, and when the products they ordered arraive at their shipping addresses.

When I couldn't find the info for my last order, I left a message & the very nice woman looked it up for me so I could have the model number to easily order more locks.
Unbeatable. I have used these locks for years and they are very reliable. Unlike the ones that need batteries, you never have to worry about being locked out of your house.

I am very pleased with the first order I made from these folks. The lady I talked to was very courteous and was very knowledgeable about the products. When I made my order, I was concerned about the shipping charges and had left a statement on the order form about it, thinking that it probably would not go anywhere, because I've done this before in the past with other orders made to various other internet vendors. But to my surprise, that same lady called me back wanting to rectify what I wrote on the notes column. After she explained the reason behind the shipment charges, it made since to me. I really like the service these folks provide. I received my order in just a couple of days and it was just what I needed to complete my repair. I will not hesitate to order from these folks again. Thanks folks... job well done.

I had gotten a couple of there locks a year ago and have enjoyed not having to dig my keys out of my pocket to get in our house. I had a couple more entrances which I don't use a much until recently. I felt now was the time to put keyless locks on them. Ordered them online expected to get them a week or two. Low and behold got a call from them telling me they had upgraded my order to same day shipping and upgraded the shipping to a faster option at no cost. Wow! Nice surprise.

Any remaining questions that I had were fully explained by the customer service rep I spoke with. She was very helpful and patient with all of my many questions. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about their products and applications.We have used two of their systems and both have worked well in a busy school environment.
Installed this lock on a wooden garden gate. Instructions were clear and helpful. The gate was not fitted for a lock so I had to drill my own holes. The template included with the lock worked like a charm. The lock works great and allows me to secure my back gate without the need for a key.
