Ordered a chain and ear ring the same day, picked the "3-4" days international shipping. Still waiting after 12 BUISNESS days! What the heck? If I wanted my shipping to be 2 weeks I would have picked the 2 week shipping. Not just that. But I emailed them after the 6th day. And haven't even gotten an email back yet and they've been open for 3 days since te holiday now!

We sent a message to your email explaining the situation about the earrings showing delivered on our end. We will monitor the order that contains the bike because technically due to our US holiday, it shows that it is in customs and it has until tomorrow to be delivered. We will monitor the tracking for the chain and if there is no delivery by the end of the tomorrow then we will further investigate the matter. If you are claiming that the earrings that show delivered, have not arrived then we recommend that neighbors are checked with in your area as well as the entire perimeter of the shipping location. If the package cannot be found then please contact us again via email. Aside from being closed this past Monday due to the holiday and also being closed on weekends, we will get back to you between 8AM-5PM Pacific standard time with further assistance to resolve the matter. We apologize for any delay if it occurs on behalf of the carrier.

I purchased 3 items from them and they are just beautiful... I got all 3 for my boyfriend because I couldn't figure out what to get him on his birthday especially since hes a VERY picky light skin! Once I showed him pictures of what came in for him, he immediately called me to tell me how much he loves the chains and the blunt tip! I'll be buying more often from these guys for sure!

I am a frequent buyer at King Ice. Their quality has improved a lot over the years, and they have more unique products that you can't find other places. They are trending towards more streetwear fashion instead of loud Hip Hop jewelry. Hence, the prices have also gone up. You get what you pay for. $60-100 is still not too bad compared to Versace fashion jewelry which are made of brass and CZ too.

Credit card fraud

Hey guys. King ice has some great stuff with great quality. Only issue is that they do credit card fraud. I bought a pendant over 1k and a month later my card was inactive PC told me it was initiated through King ice and they spent over $6000 on our card across Canada. Be safe and do not use cards with them

I should have read the other reviews before buying anything from this low life clip joint. I bought this item for my Elvis costume. I ordered a diamond crucifix that looked HUGE online, but in person was about the size of a fly. You couldn't see this tiny toy from 6" away, much less on a stage! But the gold chain was even WORSE... it was just plain old LAMP CHAIN, gold plated. I'm going to return this crap tomorrow, and if they give me any $#*!, I'm going to shove it up their jive asses. But it's so small, I doubt that they'd even feel it. This place sells CRAP. Go elsewhere.

Quality at a good price

I love kingice I bought an awesome 18k gold chain months ago and the color never faded in Anyway, now its not solid gold (although if you have the money they do make real gold chains) but it looks great and lasts you long time it's affordable Jewelry and they always have sales and coupons that you can use to make the price even lower. I definitely recommend buying jewelry from Kingice.com

I bought a figaro 14k gold plated chain from Kingice. Upon receiving my order, the plating is already starting to chip off and discolor, exposing the brass for under the plating. Then after further inspection. I noticed that they have actually cut slits in the chain links to attach it to the clasp. I am very displeased with it. I expect something better than swap meet quality.

I purchased a bracelet and charm both listed as 925 Sterling Silver, however neither were real silver and was tested at our local jewelry store and proven not to be silver by acid and stone testing. The bracelet is even stamped "925" yet was proven not be even the minimum of 65% silver. Some of the cubic zirconia change colors to dirty brown after 2 months Stay away from this company!

This site is basically a scam. Some items are probably decent, but most are just cheap and not what they are pictured to be. I purchased a single cap grill that was supposed to come with silicone mold. The silicone mold didn't mold to my teeth at all whatsoever. The 'directions' they sent did not make any sense... LITERALLY. They were very, very vague and they were also grammatically incorrect! As if someone who didn't speak english wrote them. I'm disappointed and will not buy from the site again. If you do, just beware there's a 50/50 chance you will not get what you want. I wouldn't dare spend top dollar here uh-uh.

I ordered a wooden pendant necklace on feb 12 and paid for priority 2-3 business days. Well they say my item shipped out on the 12th and her it is Saturday the 16th of feb and still no package. I called everyday to see where my package is and the woman told me it was out for delivery last on Friday... well its Saturday and I still haven't received my package they must still be delivering it in the city... o_O... I will never do any business with these jokers again

Customer service is good, very kind. Just doesn't last. Whatever gold or silver your jewelry is in will fade in 2-3 wears, exposing the rose brass color underneath that it's made of, good if only wearing for one time. You get what you pay for really can't rate them 1 star because they are so low and look good... for one or two wears... BOSS

I wouldnt even give these guys 1/4 stars! It was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had with making an online purchase. I purchased a size 8.5 wedding ring on the website. They shipped out the ring to me and it seemed like everything was fine until i tried it on. It was too big. I took it to the stores in my area and they all said that it was a size 9 and not an 8.5. So i called them up and they agreed to send me out a new one, and they even tried to get me to pay the return shipping! So I sent it back, and waited about 2 weeks to receive my new ring but I got nothing. I checked my status online and there was no information on the subject. I called them once again and they said that they had just received my ring, and that it would take 3 days to process before they could ship me out the correct size. So i waited another week, and NOTHING! So i call them back up, and to my surprise, they tell me that they don't have rings in that size. So i ask them if they are getting any new ones in so that they can ship them out to me, and they again repeated, that they do not have any in stock... $#*!s. SO then I say " so let me guess, I am assuming that because I ordered an 8.5, and you guys didnt have anymore, you went ahead and shipped me a size larger in hopes that I wasnt going to notice?" then the customer service lady says " most people can wear a size larger and not notice"... I could not beleive that they intentionally sent me the wrong size of ring just to save their own $#*!. So I called her out on it and all she said was " I'm very sorry, we won't get that size of ring for another 4 to 6 weeks, I can go ahead and refund your money... and I'll tell ya what, I will even waive the restocking fee"...! HAHAHAHA I couldnt believe the audacity of this woman... who later turned out to be the manager... and how she was trying to do me a favor by not making me pay the 15% restocking fee for returning an item. They are an absolute horrible company to do business with! DO NOT TRUST!
