Very untransparant paying system as they catch you with a 1 or 3 days cheap attraction but at the same time you agreed for an automaticly renewal monthly payment, which you have to cancel yourself if you don t want the service anymore.Very misleading system. They have fake pictures between and auto generated messages all day on to keep you busy. 90 % don t ever respond. One lightpoint the helpdesk is very efficient and open to answer your questions.
I bought the 3 day package. During the early hours at the end of the subscription, they automatically took a full month's subscription. I expected auto renewal of just 3 days subscription as this is what I originally purchased. Their cancellation of subscription is poorly written and difficult to do. A complete rip off. Don't go there. By far the worst dating site.

Seemingly fake accounts, over promise and severely underdeliver on amount of subscribers. None answer questions. All are not nearby. And several have same photos with different names. I asked Apple for refund, and they did.

I've had some good chats with people here. That said, the subscription cost is higher than I expected, and the site can be a bit glitchy at times.
I wrote support and said I have no simplified login.kismia site. Uses Facebook to authenticate.so login pass through not based on email or common login and pwd...did write back but offered no real solution.canceled sub and disputed charges...

There have been multiple attempts from Kismia to deduct money amounting to R500 without my approval. When the attempts to deduct the above stated amount they reduced to R250 and on Wednesday, the 28 June 2023, they finally got away with murder and went through with the transaction without my approval. I am furious because this is fraud and seems the intention is to scam people money. The only transaction I approved was R12,99.

Do NOT be fooled by this Scam hack account. First off, I know its fake when fine $#*! women are flooding my inbox. No other site do women even reply to me. Second, they don't give locations on anyone, so who knows where these people are that you like? Sorry, but when several hot $#*! women are msg me, I know its a scam. Maybe some of these girls are real but I'm betting most of them are Bot accounts set up by people running the scam. If it were real, they'd allow some of the conversation to be free. But no, they want your money, then you can chat with Bot accounts. Example, if you match, conversation should be free. If you want to msg someone, that didn't like you first, then charge. But matches should be free like every other dating app. And since it's not, you know its a scam. Just like the person replying to these reviews. Total scammer that probably built the site. Dont waste your money.

Besides stealing your money, that delete account does not work. Money was stolen from my account even after deactivating and even today I'm still receiving stupid emails from this website. I don't even understand why it's not banned. All the good reviews are from dummy profiles. If I continue receiving all those emails I will join everyone with the smere campaign.
