Very helpful and knowledgeable. Able to answer all my questions and actually solve a unique situation dealing with slugbuster2 issue that the last guy I spoke to over the phone last week punted. He didn't respond back and I could tell he didn't want to do the legwork Dave was happy to do over the phone.
I feel that the cost of shipping with you is really high but there are products I can't get other places and you know it and that's why you charge so much. I own a small, family run car wash and if I was a big corporate place it wouldn't matter but it's really hurting us little guys.

When you enter a cc, it takes it. At that point, the order should be placed. Several times I have failed to hit the place order button again (required). I get it, it is the way it works, but its not like other web sites.

Many of your product descriptions lack important information--like nylon vs PS brush material or other technical information on valves or electrical parts. Many times I just buy from someone else because I can't confirm specs.
I would like better understanding of what's in-stock locally vs nation wide. Ie if something is in stock in kansas city vs in Pennsylvania so I coild locally pick up faster then ups

NEED TO BE ABLE TO PRINT A COPY OF INVOICE RIGHT AWAY AS SOON AS ORDER IT PLACED. OR EMAIL A COPY OF THE INVOICE WHICH YOU DO BUT THEN BEFORE ALL THAT COMES SEVERAL OTHER USELESS EMAILS WHICH YOU NEED TO STOP BECAUSE THEY ARE JUNK AND THEN THE INVOICE WITH NO CLEAR TITLE STATING ITS THE INVOICE GETS LOST IN THE TOO MANY EMAILS FROM YOU.

Item descriptions are also lacking. For example, PSI ratings of some ZSI Foster quick connect fittings. In honesty, the description for most items is poor.

Website needs work on Quantities and i dont believe i got all $1500 worth of parts last time I ordered, even a customer of mine said he ordered from you and he didnt get the correct Quantities of different parts and had to call you to get things corrected

I buy repair parts from Klean rite 2-3 times per year for our coin op car wash. They usually have the best price and most everything in stock that we are looking for!

Customer service is always quick and very helpful. Orders show up quickly and accurately. If there ever is an issue it is resolved easily.

I ordered some nozzles 2 months ago and have not received any information about the order. I'm not even able to view what I ordered in my orders section. Website said usually ships in 2 weeks but it's been 2 months without any communication and no product. Your customers should get an email at the least to say "your order is on back order as soon as we get an update on shipping we will let you know" then once there's an ETA actually inform the customer of when the product should ship. I finally got a customer service rep to email me back and give me an expected shipping time. Leaving a customer guessing as to when or if they will ever receive their product is just poor customer service.
