They have name brand replacement products at great prices... Fast shipping! They also offer faster shipping options which as a business I really appreciate!
I received the cat pump in good conditions but I recommend to add more cardboard in the bottom of the shipping box because it have all cardboard on top of the cat pump but nothing in the bottom any way it arrive in good conditions
Always receive good and friendly support. Super How-To Videos. Rebuilt a high-pressure pump three years ago, just using your videos and parts. It is still working great.

I purchased 2 thankless water heaters separately. One came upstairs, reasonable freight. The other was shipped motor freight. $ 333 freight cost. Double ouch
Freight is always an issue with me. On most orders I end up paying two different freight costs due to the parts coming from different places.

I have to keep adding my billing address. That should all stay in there when I log in. If it changes I'll edit it. Have ordered less in the last year just because it's easier to order somethings somewhere else.

Your website is terrible. The invoice history, Order history, favorites. None of it works. It's ridiculous that I cannot just go and search the list of 40 items that I always buy and just quickly click on what I need. It would save time and drastically improve the accuracy of my order. For as big of a company as you guys are, this should not be a big deal. Thank you.

Website information could me better, the website is not user friendly when trying to research the part. Need more pictures and better descriptions for what the items are for. Also shipping is outrageous.

Kleenrite has the most helpful staff around. It does not matter if you walk into one of their locations or talk to one of their friendly representatives on the phone. They are always there to help you get whatever you need and at the best price.

They have the best inventory of any place you look. I wish they had an Indianapolis warehouse. Would really help us guys in that area.
I try to get most of my stuff through you guys. Wish you had a warehouse in Indy. Shipping would be better and I could just drive over and get it if need be.
Great selection of items and prices are fair, but shipping costs are not legit. A small 2.5 lb, less than one foot long box is not $27 to ground ship.
I find that coupon points end too soon. I probably had enough for free shipping but had to pay for it today because all the points I had expired. That's very frustrating. While I'm by no means a big customer, I send a lot of money with Kleen-Rite and find point expiration to be a slap in the face.
I should've had free shipping as it was showing with my points but it wasn't credited. Noy happy about this at all!
I've been ordering from Kleen-Rite via the webshop for more than 10 years. The website used to work great. Now I need to verify that I'm human on almost every page. Whatever system it is that you're using doesn't seem to fully load information either before it wants to verify again. Like, not all of the images for the products on the page load. I have to refresh and verify again and hope I can see them.
