Did not receive book. Customer services nonexistent. Disputing with my credit card company.
Title says it all. Compare this to Chegg, which charges me for it's own mistake last semester and took several days to undo it. Pretty happy with Knet all told!

The book took a long time to receive. Classes already began and I was still waiting for the arrival. Plus I wasn't able to track it anymore when it went from UPS over to USPS. UPS told me the product was declared lost. However it magically arrived well after the last shipping update from UPS.
It's been 19 days and my order is still processing

I ordered this book 3 weeks before the start of my first class. Have not gotten it and classes start in the next week so I am scrambling and will have to pay significantly more for a book from my schools bookstore. Had I known they would not send me the book or give me a refund I would have skipped the hassel of ordering from here and shopped at Booksrush or Amazon instead.
