Slow shipping, outdated practices

Slow shipping, even within Singapore. I'm surprised my overseas orders from Amazon US or other sites arrive much faster than orders from this local (to me) site. Cancellation of orders also not possible, despite the orders not yet shipped. Customer service non-existent, only template answers. Better to shop elsewhere
