Our bank gave this also in writing and I sent it to Kwork.
I have given every document which proves that I did not get the money, I have given it to Kwork.
But they do not want to check on their end
I still have funds in my Kwork account.
I tried to withdraw on two different cards but I am not able to withdraw that fund.
Funds withdrawal request gets canceled within 3 days.
Tried the bank card that Kwork support told me to use.
But to no avail.
